Dr stone made me feel really comfortable even though I was embarrassed. Dr. Stone is amazing I have had 3 surgeries with him that were all related but he didn't give up on me. I appreciate all that he and his staff has done to make my quality of life so much better.

Dr. Stone is wonderful!! He treated me with respect, listened well, and corrected complications I had after having my four child. I felt in good hands when I under went surgery by him to repair a fistula and hysterectomy. Sometimes the office takes awhile to call you back, just be patient. His services are worth the phone tag.

Dr. Stone is an excellent doctor and surgeon! He made me feel at ease with my surgery by answering all my questions, comforted my fears, and was skilled with a successful surgery. He was awesome with my Post Op by visiting me in the hospital as well as calling me after I got home from the hospital some days after. Dr. Stone is awesome. I am on my last available treatment for my bladder. It isn't bad, just a bit uncomfortable. However, reason for a 4 star is the staff. I had my 2nd appointment today and they were late again! I understand things happen and I didn't mind the first time. They were late again this morning. I go to work after and almost missed a 10am appointment.

I have a condition that is complex, to say the least. I was forced to change doctors due to insurance but my initial urogyn (Dr Kantartzis) and her PT both assured me Dr Stone was an excellent choice. I have never felt rushed. My first visit, he had reviewed my extensive notes from other practices, then spent an HOUR with me and took his own careful notes. In follow-ups, he refers back to them and is able to go "Oh so when you did X test with Dr Y in 2018..." The man remembered what I was doing for work during my last visit 7 months ago. It's amazing. TWO DAYS after a CT scan, he called me PERSONALLY, to go over the results. I was shocked in a good way. At other practices, I'd always had to chase my test results down from a nurse or PA. Awesome bedside manner. I kind of lost my s*** during one visit and got teary. Dr Stone was so patient and calm with waiting for me to gather myself up. He's really understanding and even jokes (in a good way) about my apprehension towards the more invasive options. I appreciate that he lets me come around in my own time to going through with these. He's let me try every medication in the book and is really great about exhausting them first. He's aware of any study I reference from Dr Google, which tells me he keeps up with the research going on in his specialty. My FIL is a physician and wrote a couple scripts at one point, fixing one of my issues and shedding more light onto another, and Dr Stone was *pleased* to hear it. I've had some docs act like their toes were being stepped on and get offended when another provider got involved. Finally... Dr Stone responds to messages within 48 hours and on weekends. Wow. I also love that he has his own personal MA or nurse (not sure which - it's Iris though) so the continuity/predictability is nice. Truly excellent doctor, and having been through the roadshow of them, I can say he's 1 of 2 that I fully trust. I'm honestly HAPPY my insurance forced me to switch, I would not have found Dr Stone otherwise. (The only minor negative I even have to say is the admin area but this is a multi-physician practice so I don't know how much control Dr Stone has over it. The front office girls can be kind of brisk and curt at times, and I have been left on hold for 10+ minutes on a few occasions. I don't know if they are just short-staffed on those days or what. The insurance area is a bit of a mess too - prior auths getting "lost" or not submitted for months. Just know you might have to keep on top of anything like that). I like Dr. Stone very much but he doesn't understand his older female patients. He couldn't diagnose what I had and did not want to do any tests to see what I had. He just said "I don't know" but not that he would investigate further. He sort of passed me off saying maybe you can find someone who knows. That makes me sad and disheartened. I will locate a doctor who is willing to go the extra mile for his patients. He didn't for me.

I would like to relate my experience with the amazing and wonderful Dr Stone! Not only is he an excellent and very knowledgeable doctor but he is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I've ever met! After seeing several other doctors for a second opinion, I knew within the first 15 minutes that I wanted Dr Stone to do my fistula repair surgery. He spent time explaining what the surgery and recovery would entail and made sure he answered all my questions. After the surgery he even called to find out how I was doing! Iris and his staff were also very caring! I would highly recommend Dr Stone and his staff! They're THE BEST!

Called to make an appointment and the girl who answered was just AWFUL RUDE and clarified the type of practice they are. IM AWARE THATS WHY I AM CALLING...she then asked me who I wanted to see?! Who do you have? I was referred to this damn practice. I'm glad you're front desk staff deterred me from making a mistake and wasting my time.

Dr. Stone has been attentive and informative. He tool time to explain everything prior to making a surgery decision and pre op. After surgery he called to check on me and left me a number to call him a no not a “service “

Dr. Stone and his team are exceptional in what they do. They are easy to contact and you feel comfortable in the most awkward of situations. Highly recommend them to anyone with Urogyn disorders. Easy to follow educational website and portal. I am currently recovering from surgery with a doctor who is highly knowledgeable and caring with a phone call or message away!

Good doctor, awful office staff. My wife had an appointment for lab work that never cost us more than $ 25 in lab fees. The sample was sent to a lab out of state that we had never heard about and we got charged over $700 after insurance (the amount billed before insurance was $ 1,300). When we contacted the lab about the bill, they told us the only way to get it adjusted was to work with the physician. We called his office multiple times, they refused to do anything about it and acted quite annoyed. Dr Stone himself never got back to us. Nobody had an explanation as to why that particular lab was chosen (usually Sonora Quest does it and it's much, much cheaper), and why it was so expensive. They never offered to contact the lab, look into it, or do ANYTHING at all. They just told us to just pay the bill.

Dr. Stone made me feel very comfortable on my first visit and explained my situation in great detail. He suggested a certain course of action and I felt confident with his decision. The surgery was successful and I would highly recommend Dr. Stone. The office staff is very responsive and scheduling was easy.

Oh gosh Dr. Stone is amazing!!! He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and compassionate with his patients. He has an excellent bedside manner. Spent a tremendous amount of time explaining my medical issues and made sure I understand. He patiently listened and answered all of my questions which made me feel comfortable. He is well experienced and i trusted his expertise. I just had my Sacrocolpopexy done two wks ago. He went to visit me that afternoon the day of my surgery to see how i'm doing and also came back the next day and not to mention taking his time to call me at home to ask if everything is ok with me! I feel great and recovering well. I can't ask for a better Doctor!!! Never met one like him! He is the best!!! I truly recommend Dr. Stone!!!

I love my Doctor Stone. I feel like I have been listened to when I have appointments and never rushed out with knowing all I need to know and all my questions answered. Dr. Stone is a fabulous surgeon and more than knowledgeable. He did my POP surgery in Feb and I am well on my way to healing with no issues. I love this place and these people and would not send friends anywhere else.

Dr. Stone is the bomb! He is super friendly, compassionate, informative, and lets you know everything leaving no question unanswered. Very professional and personable. Leave the office with full confidence that you are in good hands. He ran tests and did exams to provide a full picture and proper diagnosis. Recommend him highly.

Dr. Stone and staff are a patient's dream. SO nice, engaged, really invested in what it is you've come in for. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor. He’s thorough and gives his patients a seat at the "solution table." The resolution of your problem is a team effort -- doctor and patient forming the best game plan together. I can't speak highly enough of this practice. Everyone from the nurses to the office staff is super kind and approachable.

Dr. Stone is a jewel. He emanates a caring, genuine interest and concern for his patients. He explains each step of his examination and the ultimate plan of care. Phenomenal experience from making the first appointment, the staff at the desk, nurses, urodynamics technician, followup appointments to Dr. Stone. Exceptional all the way around. A life changer for me and would highly recommend Dr. Stone and his supporting staff.

I appreciate Dr. Stone's bedside manner and experience. It has been almost one year since my surgery. He explained everything thoroughly and the surgery was successful. I highly recommend Dr. Stone if you need a specialist who can really help. And his staff is great too. Always willing to answer questions and give advice.

Sharing on behalf of my mother: If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This has been one of the worst medical offices I have ever dealt with. Dr. Stone’s office staff is lazy and completely incompetent. Every time I’ve had to have a prescription sent to a pharmacy, paperwork filled out for my employment, or even an appointment scheduled it takes multiple follow-ups and it still doesn’t get accomplished. I shouldn’t have to call my doctor’s office to get my prescriptions actually sent to the pharmacy for pick up. And I definitely shouldn’t have to call the doctor’s office when the pharmacy tells me that they’ve left several messages with my doctor’s office to get a correction on the script they sent over with no response from the doctor’s office, meaning I still can’t pick up my prescription that is now weeks past due. Same goes for scheduling outside testing to be done. I had to call multiple times for them to actually process what was needed for my insurance company to approve extra outside testing. Again- I pay a co-pay every time I go to the office, why am I having to call multiple times to get basic stuff done? When I had my surgery, my daughter had to call the doctor’s office to find out why they hadn’t sent my employment paperwork to my employer in order for my employer to cover my sick time...while I was IN surgery! This is AFTER I had already paid the office the fee to do this. I would love to say that his office is just so busy and that’s why they’re lacking but everytime I’ve been in there the office ladies are chit-chatting amongst themselves about non-work related items and even taking personal calls on company phones (yes this happened while I was checking out the last time). And That’s just dealing with the front office staff and office manager. Dr. Stone is mediocre at best at being a physician. While he’s very nice, his actual patient care is lacking. I had zero follow up from him or his office post surgery to even check to see how I was doing, and in fact, only spoke to him when I called with a post surgery issue and demanded to speak him (because his office staff told me he doesn’t call his patients or speak to them on the phone). There was zero concern for his patient’s post surgery recovery. Same goes for any follow up appointment. He requested I do additional testing and asked to see me afterward but hasn’t actually paid attention enough to know that the testing couldn’t be done and hasn’t even acknowledged that his patient hasn’t been in for follow up care. If that doesn’t prove that his practice is simply a cash cow for him, I don’t know what does. What happened to doctors who actually cared for their patients? Dr. Stone is a really good doctor. After I had the urethra sling surgery Dr Stone called me at home to see how I was doing. The office staff is good. Dr Stone's nurse Iris is really good she returns calls. I will refer my family and friends to this office.

Dr. Stone has been wonderful. I was very hesitant at first to see a man but he put me completely at ease. I was able to speak to him about my problem with leakage. He discussed several options and gave me choices which I loved. Eventually I decided on surgery. The surgery went well and I finally have my life back again.

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Stone. I feel like my life has changed since walking into his office. I have stage 4 endometriosis. Dr. Stone and his nurse Iris are so attentive. I was very impressed with Dr. Dan Stone who was extremely knowledgable regarding my condition and management of related issues that had not been addressed by several other specialists. He made himself available to see me even though it was a last-minute New Patient request. I highly recommend this physician and appreciate the additional education He provided to me.

Beyond that, Dr. Stone gives a thorough explanation of his results as well as his recommendations. He does this demonstrating great sensitivity and cares for the patient.

I saw Dr. Stone today about some ongoing issues that I’ve had for a long time, that aren’t easy to talk about. Dr. Stone and his staff made me feel very comfortable and they listened to what I had to say. He took his time to explain things and answer any questions I had. After having 7 children, I had difficulty with "pelvic relaxation and prolapse". I did not want to have surgery but after talking to my family practice doctor about Doctor Stone- I agreed to go. She said that she would send his wife to him in a heartbeat. I am so grateful to him and Doctor Stone. The surgery was done without a huge incision, I have a few small incisions and they healed quickly. Recovery was fast and I feel like a new woman.

I am writing this review for my 85-year-old mother, we loved Dr. Stone. He was so wonderful with my Mom, He answered all of Mom's questions. He came into the room and chatted with Mom before He examined his and had his get dressed again before He went over his findings and his plan. Dr. Stone was very thorough, kind, and compassionate. I would recommend his highly to anyone.

Dr. Stone is a fantastic doctor! His sense of calm and caring will put you at ease and let you know you can ask any question. He is no-nonsense and practical, and willing to listen to your thoughts and ideas about treatment as well. You never feel rushed and know you have his full attention during your appointment. I would recommend Dr. Stone to any woman but especially to those women who have uterine prolapse as I did. I had so many GYN problems that I thought I would need a lot of surgery. Dr. Stone helped me and it took only one surgery AND very little pain! I normally hate doctors and hospitals but this went so well that I tell everyone what a great doctor he is!

I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Stone and his staff. Everyone is very kind and responsive to questions. Dr. Stone was very straight forward and compassionate, He had an excellent bedside manner and gave my elderly mother and me as much time as we needed during our exams. My mother recently lost his husband after 61 years of marriage and Dr. Stone spent a long time talking with his about loss, stress and encouraged him to get out and become active...He was patient and kind and helped my mother tremendously.

I feel so relieved after seeing Dr. Stone. He listened to my list of issues and asked so many questions ( my other doctors didn't do that) and He found what was wrong. I can't thank you enough, Dr. Stone, it's nice to know that doctors like you are there for your patients. I feel better already knowing what my body is going through and how to treat it. Two years ago, at 58, Dr. Stone did a urethral sling on me. My life has completely changed! No more leaking or accidents. Dr. Stone and his staff are the utmost in professional care. My primary care physician recommended Dr. Stone and I'm glad He did. I was beside myself when I realized it was my bladder coming out of me. Dr. Stone put me to ease. What a wonderful experience from the start the whole office was awesome. From Reception and appointments to Medical Assistants everyone is warm compassionate and caring. Dr. Stone does a wonderful job of explaining all that is about to be done and what is needed to be done. He did surgery on me and fixed what was needed for over a year no other Dr. could find. I have been a patient of Dr. Stone for many years. We have been through a lot together. His nurse, Iris is great. They have it together. I do not wait very long to see him when I have an immediate need, I am worked on that day or the next. I recommend him to everyone I know that is not having babies. What does it mean when one says” Time heals all wounds?”As an elder patient with chronic UTI infections, it is comforting to have a doctor who takes the TIME to LISTEN and confer about my medical condition. This Doc is an expert in his field, a leader, he performs surgery often which is exactly what you want, he takes the time to answer all of your questions, fully available before and after surgery, bedside manner is great. He knows the latest techniques, uses the best equipment, and cares. I had another Dr. for years who was great and cared, but wasn't doing his homework and up to date like Dr. Stone. I highly recommend him. He did my partial hysterectomy.

I have only been to the office once but was extremely happy. It’s not always comfortable to go speak with a male physician about pelvic issues but he was so kind, polite, explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it and spoke to me in detail about his plan for me. His staff was just as wonderful. This may not be important to some, but even the young girl at the reception desk, got out of his seat to bring me my paperwork and my cards, twice. She didn’t just sit in his chair and tell me to come there. I know many times, they are too busy to get up and come around but I have always worked in the medical field, and this type of thoughtfulness goes a long way. I am much younger than a lot of the patients that are seen there so she didn’t do it because I needed it, she did it because they have a wonderful staff. I highly recommend. There was also little to no wait.

I can not say enough about Dr. Stone and his staff. Dr. Stone definitely cares about the health and well being of his patients. He takes the time to listen and is proactive in achieving a good result. His nurse, the receptionist, and all of his office staff are friendly, caring and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Stone used robot-assisted surgery which greatly reduced pain following surgery and helped me recover quickly. His office is pleasant and the staff is terrific. He spent time with me to ensure I understood the surgery and then provided written materials to take home. Highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Stone and his staff are very accommodating in arranging appointments to fit my schedule. They are very respectful yet friendly, I feel comfortable discussing any issues with them. The office is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Stone takes the time to address all of my concerns without rushing. He and his staff are the best, I highly recommend him.

Best decision I could have ever made coming to this office. He was able to pinpoint my problem just by me telling him my symptoms. He makes sure you understand what’s going on and make you feel comfortable. I can’t forget the staff they’re wonderful very friendly and show compassion.
