My family has gone to Dr. Phillips for many years and our experience has been second to none. However, my recent experiences with Dr. Phillips has unbelievably exceeded my expectations. I underwent a traumatic (for me) dental procedure and I was met with nothing except kindness, patience, and compassion (and absolutely no pain as promised!) by Dr. Phillips and his staff. There are not enough adjectives to describe how amazing he is! Thank you Dr. Phillips for getting me to where I am today!

My hygienist Marci is GREAT! She was quick and kind and professional. My kids go to the other 2 hygienists that work there and they actually enjoy going to see them. The office always schedules the kids and I at the same time and we are in and out in an efficient and timely manner which is SO appreciated!

I love my dentist! He has taken the best care of my teeth! His professionalism is outstanding! He knows what he is doing and I have no complaints....ever! The office staff is wonderful as well! Keep up the great work! I won't be seeking any new dentist unless I move out of state and even so, I may just make a visit to his office and schedule that appointment when in town visiting!

The staff and doctor were all very kind, patient, and friendly. They explained things thoroughly, even going as far to show me pictures of examples and drawing out diagrams and timelines that I could easily understand. I would recommend this office to anyone nearby.

Once again, Dr. Dan and his staff go out of their way for their patients! My 82 year old husband took a spill and broke off part of a back tooth. A call to the office found me speaking with AMY at the front desk, whose concern for my husband was evident. She had us come in immediately and Dr. Dan repaired the tooth - and calmed my husband, too. All of this accomplished late on a Friday afternoon....wow. Office staff is always very friendly and efficient! Dr. Phillips very efficient. Always very prompt and running on time. A very nice, clean and friendly place!

Trusted Dr Dan despite major fear and anxiety around receiving shots. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the root canal procedure would be like and ensured I was doing ok throughout the process.

This office is fast and friendly. I can take 3 kids in for cleanings and be done within the hour. They are always on time and Dr. Dan is great. He doesn’t have kids get anesthesia when the really don’t need it. I went to a previous office and every time we turned around there was another unnecessary charge and the dentist was horrible! I have been going since about 7 years ago. Friendly and helpful with what you need. Have recommended him and will be back. Like having someone in the Henrietta area that knows what he is doing and is in a clean and has a updated style and office.

I just met Dr. Phillips for the first time and he was congenial and knowledgeable. He performed a small dental procedure quickly and well and had one of his staff x-ray my teeth. He was thorough and his staff is accommodating.

Very professional, friendly and clean office. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Phillips DDS.

My seven-year old chipped his tooth on Saturday night and I was able to reach Dr. Phillips right away. He assured us it could be fixed and fit us in on Monday. He made sure he wasn’t in any pain and now his tooth is as good as new. Thanks, Dr. Phillips!

I called the office first thing Wednesday morning after breaking my tooth the night before. The receptionist was kind and compassionate explaining that Dr. Dan was very busy that day but they would squeeze me in. She explained that I may be there longer than normal, I was just so grateful that I was able to be seen that day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had thought I had something wrong with my teeth so they squeezed me in, but it turned out that I just hasn't had a cleaning in awhile. Dr. Phillip's told the dental hygienist about my situation and she came back from her lunch a little earlier just to help me.
