Waited 45 minutes on zoom for a telehealth intake visit after calling to check on the status of the doctor twice. It’s nice that he was so thorough with the person before me, but the Zocdoc schedule availability should be updated to reflect the doctors actual capacity. Recommend you go in person and be prepared to wait.

Great doc but staff is completely incompetent like not having tests when you go to pick them, messing up orders, etc.

Dr. Perl was one of the best physicians I have ever met. He listened to all my concerns with patience and addressed them. Honestly, I was not expecting much since I have had bad experiences before. I was very surprised by the treatment I received and could not be more thankful for that.

Dr. Perl was fantastic. He was able to identify my issue and quickly book an appointment next week for the appropriate diagnostics to evaluate and treat my issue. He and the office staff were also extremely accommodating in securing my appointment in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Perl and his office!

I tried to make an appointment with Dr Pearl via ZocDoc - I have done it; moments later I was contacted by your office letting me know that people over 60 will not be seen at your office. I believe it is a discriminatory act, besides the fact that you never have that disclaimer at your web and/or any other place. I have visit doctor Perl few times for my stomach problem, he is very patient with me and listen carefully to everything I said. I had an endoscopy today and it went very smooth and I didn’t feel anything. Overall I had a really good experience.

Had a virtual visit which started on time. Dr Perl is a great listener and I never felt rushed through my call. We spent a good 30 minutes on my issue, he gave me a solid plan and sounded like he cared. I'd definitely recommend his office and his work. His admin team follows up thoroughly as well.
