Today was to be my first appointment after a long wait to get a late afternoon appointment. At 8:00 am I recieved a call to ???? cancel my appointment and reschedule.This is not a good way to welcome a new patient. Luckily they squeezed me later that day. Very accommodating.

Excellent hygienist and very knowledgeable.

Everyone at Dr Hengst's office is always friendly and professional.

Entire staff of receptionists, hygienists, and assistants, not to mention Dr. Hengst, are extremely nice, caring, and quite helpful when needed. I would highly recommend this dental office for your dental care.

I called in the morning because my husband had a tooth ache the receptionist was very helpful and my husband had a 9:40 appointment. He said he was very impressed and satisfied and made an appoint for a cleaning and check up in Jan. I am thinking I will switch to that office myself.

Great dental practice in every way

Prompt appointment , professional description of the work being done and work was done to my satisfaction.

Dr. Hengst and his entire staff are nothing but top notch professionals who care about their patients from the minute you walk in the door until you leave.

I was squeezed in for a new patient appointment in a day of calling because I was having some issues. Everyone in the office was very friendly. Christine was great at what she does. Dr. Stirling was awesome. He’s very kind and took time to explain things in detail. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

We decided to change dental service providers after our dentist recently retired. Although doing so can be very stressful, the experience we had with everyone at Hengst Dental was wonderful!! We were greeted promptly by the dental support staff and waited very briefly to be seen. Elisa, the dental tech, greeted me with a big smile and warm welcome! She made me feel very relaxed while taking X-rays. Clearly she enjoys being part of the Hengst team and engaging with her patients!! Doctor Stirling also gave me a warm welcome, was prompt and friendly, did a thorough exam, then discussed any concerns, treatment needs and next steps in care. He made me feel confident, relaxed, and comfortable thorough my time with him. We are very pleased with our decision to move to Hengst Dental and we look forward to a long term relationship with this amazing group of professionals. Tina is a very knowledgeable hygienist. During my cleaning she provided me with a vast amount of information regarding the importance of flossing and the proper process of flossing. She took the time to educate me and that is much appreciated. I didn’t feel like a number,I felt like a person that mattered to her. Dr. Sterling took the time to come in and check out a tooth that was bothering me. He made some adjustments to the tooth and told me if it does not feel better, to call back in and they will take another look. Again, making me feel like I was important to them. The dentist is not one of my favorite places, but Hengst Dental makes it the most enjoyable that I think it can be. I recommend them to anyone I talk to about dentistry. I’ve never been a fan of the dentist, but I gotta say Hengst Family Dental gets an A++++, they were absolutely wonderful!!! They thanked me many times for choosing then, I’m thankful they accepted me as a patient! Very grateful for ALL they did

Most dentists have a hard time getting me numb. Dr Sterling didn’t have any issues with this. He explained everything he was doing and even personally called me later in the day to see how I was feeling. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist!

I Love Dr. Hengst and my girl Jill. This office is very modern, clean and efficient. They treat you with respect and like a part of their family. Would recommend this office to anybody looking for a really awesome Dentist.

Appointments are always kept on time. The office is clean with a friendly staff. The hygienist thoroughly cleans my teeth on a comfortable chair with a mountain view out the window. Dr. Hengst is very friendly while being professional. My husband and I have had numerous procedures with wonderful results.

Everyone here is so pleasant and professional to deal with. The office is beautiful, clean with modern looking equipment & a few of the dental chairs even have back massagers! Dr. Hengst & Staff are knowledgeable & thorough. Many issues they try & address at the appt (like applying desensitizer to a sensitive tooth, or smoothing down a rough spot). If they have a serious concern they wait & see before recommending more & are not pushy. They are generous & great! Wish I could write more!!
