Very friendly inviting staff. Dr. Freet hands down amazing answered all my questions about my procedure. Short wait time very nice clean waiting area. Dr. Freet explained everything in detail about what’s to come. So glad I picked him as my surgeon I was referred to him after a relatives great results. I highly recommend him and his lovely staff.

Dr Freet did an amazing job on my Top Surgery. I had a lot to remove, and the surgery took him longer than expected, and he still did an amazing job. I'm 2 months post-op and I love my results, he really has grated me a new lease on life, my body feels so much more comfortable now. I highly recommend him as a surgeon. He's kind and really cares about his patients. The only con I had is that UT Physicians isn't really transparent about their pricing. I was told I would only have to pay a certain price pre-surgery, only to find out a month later I owe an additional 1,500. But I used my insurance, which I'm sure had something to do with it. If you pay in cash I know they offer a nice discount.

Dr. Freet and his team did an incredible job on my FTM top surgery, and were very patient with my ever-changing financial situation. He answered all of mine and my wife's questions and really put us at ease before and after the surgery. If I have any questions they're always answered within a day. He's incredibly mindful of patients comfort with being touched/looked at. A nurse even told me that he pushed the whole hospital to learn how to care for transgender patients. Angela Harris is very rude.

First appointment 3 weeks after injury (fracture, no surgery) drove all the way to Houston. Dr didn’t look at wrist, ask for my kid to wiggle fingers, asked no questions about pain, didn’t take off brace, no X-ray Asked how long ago it was and to make follow up for weeks out. Paid $50 for nothing. Called a week and a half ago, made sure we were getting X-rays for today’s appt. They assured me they would be done next door before appt. I get there today, they didn’t know if I needed them, they eventually found the order and said that they are super backed up but we can wait. Went next door, what looked like a supply closet. Went back to ask where is next door. They said that on the 16th floor (two floors up). I canceled and left and will never go back. Waste of time, gas and money. Had Surgery July 30th with no complications with Dr. Freet! He is an amazing surgeon if you are looking for a Dr. that cares about their patients choose Dr. Freet!! Bedside manners are good and memorial hospital is too. The techs and nurses that took care of me they gave 100%! My experience was great! Trusted surgeon

I was in love with my new member (ftm) bottom surgery. I ran into complications which are expected. Freet's surgery team at Memorial Hermann were very helpful as well. My cons would be that communication with this office is really hard post surgery. He is over booked and I'm 4 weeks almost still with no skin graft or date. The hospital staff themselves were under satisfying for a paying patient. I changed my gauze after surgery myself if the plastic surgery team didn't come help me. Freet will answer and questions you have though. He is very attentive and caring. I was in love with my new member (ftm) bottom surgery. I ran into complications which are expected. Dr. Freet is a real life superhero! He is an amazing surgeon. He saved my life and put me back together after I was attacked by two pit bulls. There is no one better than Dr. Freet!

Dr. Freet was so caring and attentive to my mom's needs. He was patient and did an excellent job of communicating information regarding her surgery. Furthermore, he made sure to make my mom feel comfortable by answering all of her questions and not rushing us during the visit.
