Dr. Daniel Nathaniel Efiom-Ekaha

Dr. Ekaha was the oncologist for my mother and now is for me. He has always impressed my family and me as being warm and compassionate, with our best interests at heart, as he has helped us navigate these roller coaster journeys. His intelligence and cutting-edge knowledge of available treatments are impressive and greatly appreciated.

Not a good experience. My father was the patient, he was not well informed about his diagnosis, he did not understand what was going on, he was given medication that interacted badly with other medications he was on without anyone monitoring or caring. He and I felt he was just another number and soon to be a statistic. This doctor is hard to understand, he did not spend quality time with my father or when I went with him to appointments. He did not show care or concern for my father.

Dr Dan, has been my Oncologist for nearly 10 years now. I have always felt important, he actually listens to concerns, allowing me to talk, and gives me options. I feel he keeps up on the cancer game, we all want to win!
