He is a very nice doctor and is very talented in what he does. I had to have surgery March 7, 2022. Dr. Choo was doing my surgery. I had a follow up today and he was so very kind and noticed I was nervous. He told me if I was uncomfortable he would stop taking the packing from my ear. He was taking the medical packing from my ear canal. He didn’t hurt me and was very gentle. Overall he is a great and professional doctor that is amazing at what he does. I am truly blessed. Dr choo is amazing! I only want to go to him and him only for my ears!! I always refer people to him no matter what. Thankful I’ve never had a problem with my doctor. I been with him for years! I’m rating on here 4 stars because it is hard to get ahold of him thou! That’s my only major concern. Other than that him personally as a doc I love him to death!!!! Dr choo is amazing! Patient of Dr Choo for many years. I had many ENTs and he was the most competent, responsive, has the best bedside manner. Very kind. Sad I had to move or I never would have left his practice. In my new city I have struggled to find ENTs as good as Dr Choo.

We were very impressed by Dr. Choo. He is extremely knowledgeable, and was very willing to spend as much time as needed to explain our child's test results, discuss a plan forward, and answer all our many questions. We also appreciated that he is very pragmatic in his approach, making sure we do what's truly best for our child. He treated us with respect and care, and we would highly recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I have been so impressed with our experience from the very start of our child's care to her post-surgery check-up visits. I am so thankful that we decided to take our daughter to the CCH and that we had Dr. Choo as her surgeon. He is better than the BEST. He explained the entire process to us and made sure we were comfortable with her care and her procedure.
