Be careful, his staff will put you in very bad positions and not let you have any communication with Dr. Bennett himself. He has had insurance issues with cigna that were brought to my attention when I called the insurance company. Nothing was said to me by anyone at Colorado pain and spine. They canceled my appointment without telling me, telling me I can pay cash to get my meds. My appt is TODAY!! THEY'VE ALSO BEEN OVER CHARGING FOR MY COPAY SINCE 2020, $10 EXTRA PER MONTH... STAY AWAY ANGELA RUNS THE PLACE NOT DR BENNETT. I FEEL BAD FOR TONY AND ROSLYN.

Dr Bennett is very skilled in his field. His background is in anesthesiology so you know he understands pain control. He not only prescribes procedures that help patients cope with pain, he performs the procedures himself! Since having to leave him (my insurance changed) I haven’t found another doc who does the radio-frequency nerve treatments (RFA) I was so blessed to have Bennett treat me for many years. If you can see him, DO!

I have been seen in Dr Bennetts office since 1998. Same office for 23 yrs ,and for tr-germinal neuralgia (suicide desease). one of the hardest diseases to cope Without him I would not be alive today.I don't know what I would do if did have him. He is god sent.Thank u Dr Bennett. Rozanna

Dr Bennett has been a very pleasurable and informative Doctor, I believe he has tried to bring me as much comfort as possible and has tried everything in his capability to relieve my pain.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bennett's for nearly five years. I have severe nerve damage in my lumbar spine and already have two spinal fusions. The nerve damage is painful and Dr. Bennett helps me control the pain. We have done many surgeries to stop my brain from getting pain signals, but sometimes they cannot be stopped. Dr. Bennett is an excellent diagnostician. He is very thorough in his approach and is usually correct about his hypotheses. I trust Dr. Bennett a great deal and value his opinion. He has proven over the years to be reliable and practical. He is also very conservative with prescriptions, which I appreciate. I now live in Parker, but drive all the way to Golden each month to see Dr. Bennett because I moved. I would never switch to anyone else as long as I am in the Denver area.

Dr. Bennett has always made sure all my needs were taken care of, and has explained everything he was going to do and all my options, I feel very comfortable in his care, he is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone who is in pain.

Dr. Bennett is a God-send in my life. I thought I was going to be in severe pain forever. But Dr. Bennett and I put together an action plan involving surgery, a TENS unit, and some medication. It keeps me out of pain most of the time. I am eternally grateful!

Since 2003 I’ve been in and out of doctors and hospitals, always labeled “an interesting and complex case.” From the beginning dr. Bennett was ahead of the rest of the medical community in his research, technique, and knowledge. I have been with him since 2004 and he is the best pain mgmt doctor I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen a lot). He truly cares how you’re feeling as a patient, doesn’t make you feel judged that you need pain meds, is focused on what will make you feel the best and truly listens to your concerns, he is constantly on the forefront of new techniques and new options (ie stem cells) he knows the chemistry behind the medications he provides - how they interact, the best way to take them, which meds are better because they are more pure and better for the body; his office staff works so hard to keep the office running smoothly and in case of emergency will do everything in their power to get you in (i.e. I needed an emergency procedure scheduled and his office got me in the morning before he left for vacation, he came in extra early because it was the only way to fit me in the schedule). Although he no longer takes my insurance, his office does their best to keep appointment costs and procedural costs low, fighting for coverage when possible. I will not go to a different pain mgmt doctor because of the terrible experiences I’ve had with many many doctors - not believing my pain, throwing cheap meds at me that I know don’t work, not upping my doses when they need to be, etc.). I trust dr. Bennett and his office with my life and would fly in from out of state if I had to in order to continue seeing him. I have been seeing Dr. Bennett since 2006 and I have to say there is not another physician that I would trust to operate on me or prescribe me Pain Medication besides Dr. Bennett. It surprises me to even see a negative review because everyone at his office is phenomenal. Angela is hands down compassionate and caring for an Office Manager and Mina never misses a beat on anything. I would recommend Dr. Bennett to anyone I know including my 93 year old Grandma.

Everyone is fast, helpful, and friendly. I have only good things to say about this entire practice.

The office manager and other employees are incompetent and rude. I've had multiple procedures done by Dr. Bennett which my insurance company refused to pay for because the office didn't get pre approval, missed appeal deadlines and often sent in the wrong codes. The office became very defensive with me and blamed the insurance company instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. It took me two years of fighting with their office and my insurance company threatening to do n investigation.

One of my favorite doctors ever. The best pain management doctor I’ve ever found - concerned with how drugs interact chemically and prefers to prescribe drugs that are the purest and best for your system. He is years ahead of other doctors in his way of thinking and knowledge. His staff is phenomenal. Have been with him for 15 years and would fly to see him if i moved out of state.

Dr. Bennett is perhaps the finest DABPM in the region. He helped to manage the pain of my advanced spine disease (DDD for over 30 years), with medication, effective interventional procedures, and compassion. With over 35 years in the field, he knows his stuff. Those people in pain who see Dan are indeed fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and compassionate pain physician.
