Cynthia N. Miller

Dr Cynthia Miller is an excellent doctor. She is caring and detailed. I’ve been with her for many years and I am so grateful to have her for my PCP. Dr Miller had helped me tremendously with my arthritis and has been able to refer me out to other specialists for PT and Ortho. Her secretary Nora is so kind and helpful. They all have very kind hearts. They are a very busy office but they really take care of you. I see these other reviews saying they can’t get an appointment and they are mad about it. I can understand people’s frustrations when it comes to their health, but to give Dr Miller a 2 star isn’t fair. Honestly, the medical system is challenging and you have to fight for your care. I’ve been through many other doctors, but I stay loyal to Dr Miller because she is so fabulous. If you are in desperate need for care and can’t get in with Dr Miller when it suits you then just find another doctor who can take you sooner, but any of these bad experiences have nothing to do with Dr Miller herself I promise.

Terrible experience with this doctor, she made me wait 1-2 hours to see her even with an appointment every visit.

Very unprofessional staff!!! Made an appointment with Dr. Miller one month ahead. On the day of the appointment I am calling to confirm the appointment the staff members keep passing my call to one another pretending that there is no appointment made. Then, they want me to see Dr. Dobalian who is her husband. I needed to see a pulmonologist not a gastroenterologist!!! I had already emailed a copy of my ID and my insurance to the office a month ahead but still they had no idea who I was or what insurance I have. At the end, I wanted to speak to the office manager and so they put me on hold for 25 minutes but I didn’t get to speak to anyone. Dr. Miller is an awesome doctor but she needs to replace her staff members as they don’t know what they are doing. They are very rude and unprofessional. Been my mother’s doctor for years.

The office staff is rude and impossible to deal with. My son is in end stage renal failure and they won't give him an appointment until November, he will be dead by November. They don't care, this physician doesn't care, go somewhere else or buy yourself a burial plot because you will be dead too.

The staff here is so rude. Not helpful at all.

I love Dr.s Miller and Dobalian both. They are great, caring, kind and they listen. However, they employ unprofessional, inexperienced and often very rude staff. Which is a very bad reflection on the doctors. I’ve been a patient for over 4 years; originally it took a month to get in. Now, it takes 3 months and if for whatever reason you need to reschedule or miss that appointment, it is another 3 month wait. Also, a recheck is 2 months out. I carry Healthnet and I recently received notice that states I am intitled to an appointment no later than 10 days out for routine and 2 days out for illness requiring immediate care. Unfortunately, I’m now convinced I must find a new and modern practice to call my Primary Care Physician. I’m sad to go ... I love Dr.s Miller and Dobalian both. Dr. Miller is very professional, kind and thorough. I’m so grateful for her willingness to make sure that I can get the specialists I need under my insurance, while tending to my other needs competently. I highly recommend this doctor!

Dr. Miller is nice and seems to care. But the staff is rude and horrible. They talk rude over the phone and put me on hold for a very long time. I had to hang up and call back and the line remain busy for about an hour. I am very sick and need treatment and the staff made me feel worse!

I just got back. From nothing. I called the office yesterday she said come in 2 maro at 8:30am. I should up early. They never opened the door. I called and they said we dont schedule on Fridays. Then why did you tell me to be here at 8:30am. This staff should be replaced. Just thinking of that Dr. Office makes me sick.

If you guys are looking for a good Doctor Dr. Cynthia Miller is the doctor to choose she is wonderful and when she talks to you she explains everything really well! very nice doctor she seems like she cares for your health and takes the time and listens!

What is wrong with this staff..the doctor is great..but what a bad representation for the doctor

There are a plethora of reasons why I'll never go back to this doctor, ranging from a very unprofessional staff, to having to reschedule appointments because somehow they didn't schedule it right when I made it (mind you that they never gave me any sort of preferential treatment so every appointment, actually scheduled or not, was 30 days apart), to a shady practice of charging me a copay and then mailing me a second copay for the lab work, and more that I just don't care to list. But it all goes back to the staff.
