First impression is always a great thing. Unfortunately, I was not able to experience anything with this company because they don't respond to phone calls. I called around 10am (no answer). I called around 1pm on the same day (no answer) I called around 3pm (same day, no answer). I figured I'd leave them a voicemail since this was an option. In the voicemail I asked that someone please call me so I can ask just a couple questions. I left my cell phone number twice & I made sure I gave my # slowly so the person could understand. No return call/voicemail. After leaving a voicemail, a automatic text is sent to the phone number & I replied to the text message, thinking this may be a different way to try to get through. NO reply. I did all this 3 days ago. No response. Again, not a good first impression. What I'm looking to have done would have been great business for this company (if it works) based on my feedback to my friends & family. Their procedure will require follow up treatments/appointments for those who are serious. If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, based on my experience, I wouldn't count on them to be there for you & be reliable. If you're going to be serious about a great change to your body, I feel they should be serious about being there & assisting with this costly procedure. For the price, it should include being able to have someone to talk to. I hope my review was helpful.
