Doctor Bruns is a doctor that I would recommend to anyone. She is very knowledgeable and I feel very confident and I appreciate her honesty about the situation. I also appreciate the time she takes to explain things if they need to be explained.

Dr. Bruns treats my diabetes. Under her care I have learned how to eat so that I have lowered my quarterly diabetes blood sugar average into a much safer range. She listens to everything, I feel she cares about helping me, and I highly recommend her.

I had very pleasant visit with Dr. Bruns. She is very polite and I’ve never had any problems sense I have been seeing her. She has a great staff also.

Great people. Care about the job but more importantly they care about you. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Let you know what's going on and what you need to do. I recommend them.

I was referred to Dr. Bruns as a specialist to help me get my diabetes type 2 under control. I have been seeing Dr. Bruns for approximately 9 months and we are making great progress together. Dr. Bruns will take as much time as you may need to find the "right" program that works for you. Her entire staff is wonderful...and always available to answer any questions I may have. My diabetes is improving with each visit. I am truly blessed to have found Dr. Bruns at this cruicial time with my diabetes. I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Dr. Bruns and staff!!

Dr Bruns is a great diabetic doctor. She made a huge difference for me and the treatment plan is working. So kind and knows how life as a T1 diabetic works!

I love Dr Bruns and this office. She is a very competent, professional, always listening to the patient. I highly recommend her!

I am very happy with Dr. Bruns. She is very attentive and answers all of my questions. When I don't understand something, she explains it again. Her staff is very friendly.

I love Dr. Bruns! She is very down to earth and easy to talk to, however, very intelligent and on top of the latest medical options available. I see her for CAH, and she takes as much time as needed for me to ask questions and I never feel rushed.

Dr Bruns is a literal life saver. She’s been my doctor since 2009. She’s caring and compassionate. Very thorough and explains things well

I love seeing Dr. Bruns. She is personable, down to earth, and practical. She doesn't beat around the bush or sugar coat things, she includes you in your care plan, and really, truly listens. She's a gem...I wish there were more like her!

Very impressed with her! She is a little awkward, in my opinion, with bedside manner, but not in a bad way. I believe she is just very intelligent and it comes across oddly at times. She was VERY thorough in looking over my whole health history and the big picture of my health in regards to figuring out the root cause of the problem. Even more I was thankful for how well she explained everything to me so that I understood what was going on. I learned a lot and did not feel blindsided one bit of the process. Also, she did not just recommend medication like some doctors do flippantly, but instead opted for my body to do things the most natural way. Would highly recommend! Very impressed with her! I have been seeing Dr. Bruns since 2016. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about her patients. My last appointment was extremely rushed and I felt she was not hearing what I was saying. Everyone has rough days so I am hoping I just caught her on a rough day. Overall, this was the only appointment in 5 years that I have ever experienced that with her.

We highly recommend Dr. Bruns. Every time we have an appointment she takes all the time we need to explain things to us, and gives great feedback. We can and do ask her anything about our medical conditions, and she makes sure we understand everything. Great doctor!

Dr. Bruns is a rarity anymore....she asks questions, listens, digs into your medical history, doesn't automatically throw drugs at you, and truly cares. This woman is a gem, and I love getting to go see her. I wish more doctors were like her!

If only all doctors were like Dr. Bruns. She has helped me immensely. She is super smart, has great communication skills, and a friendly professional. My health has improved dramatically under her care. I appreciate that the office is very responsive and respectful of my time. Her whole team is great!

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Bruns. I learned more about my thyroid problems in 30 minutes than I have learned in 2 years from my other doctor. She said she is a teaching doctor and she really is. She answered all of my concerns and more and was not in a hurry to leave. I would recommend her to everyone with Endocrine issues.

Note- the rating reflects the poor customer service I experienced in a scheduling phone call. Unfortunately, due to the incredibly rude scheduling person who answered my call, I was unable to even make an appointment to see the doctor. I'm not sure if they're severely understaffed, or if people just don't like to answer the phone, but it took quite a while for my call to even be picked up (and this was not during the lunch "hour"). After it did, the greeting was "Scheduling", no greeting or "How may I help you?" or any other general nicety expected when inquiring about scheduling an appointment. After asking if the doctor was taking new patients, I got told many reasons why I shouldn't have even called in the first place- it's referral only, and she's apparently booked up for months, but "Sure, she's taking new patients". At that point, I told them that I would just find someone else, thanked them (although there was no "Thank you for calling" back), and hung up. They did not even say goodbye. Who knows, the doctor might be great, judging by the other reviews. But if the customer service is horrible just trying to get an appointment, patients won't even bother trying to schedule. She is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very up to date on all forms of treatment and provides a level of care few doctors take the time to give. She is personable and upbeat, while seriously listening to the patients’ concerns. I wish I could see her for more than endocrinology.
