I was in for a pressure check on my right eye after laser procedure. Dr. Arena is very professional and I trust her with my eyes. I have been going to her for many years. I live in Lancaster and travel one hour for each visit because I want to keep her as my doctor.

I’ve been a patient at Chester County Eye Care for many years. I have a retina problem and also needed cataract surgery and both Dr. Ward and Dr. Arena are great.

Friendly and efficient staff, very little wait time.

Great experience. Dr Arena explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions.

Dr. Arena checks my IOP regularly, and she is an excellent opthalmologist. She has been taking care of eye health several years. I recommend her to any one who has Ontraocular pressure issues.

Dr. Arena is my favorite doctor. She performed cataract surgery on me in October 2022. The results are fabulous. I no longer need glasses and can read small print with ease.

Efficiently run office. Friendly staff. I wasn't kept waiting more than five minutes. Dr. Arena is wonderful. But she's so popular it's hard to arrange follow-up appointments!

Best staff and doctors

I have been receiving specialty care from Dr. Arena for a number of years. She is attentive, 'listens' and provides excellent care.

Excellent ophthalmologist. Feel very comfortable and confident with her care.

Doctors and staff are efficient, courteous / pleasant, and care for all patients as though they are their highest priority.

The Staff are very personable, friendly, and fast. Dr.Arena is the best! I love her care and attention that she gives me, each Visit.

I did not have to wait long. Everyone was very nice and I just think Dr Arena is fantastic. She is very thorough and explains everything well. Would highly recommend this practice.

The staff in this office is very friendly and professional. Dr Arena makes sure you understand your diagnosis and treatment options. I am happy to have her for my eye care.

Had a visit with her today as I wanted to discuss my "glaucoma suspect" status and need for yearly checks. I was told by another provider in the office that I did not need these annual checks due to the normal anatomy of my eye and to f/u with Dr. Arena for visual field and other testing. When I asked about the etiology of my diagnosis and my actual risk her response was "How often do teenagers have heart attacks?". She was rude, dismissive and never reviewed the tests I had done that day and dismissed me with a "see you in 2023". I will never go back to her and am looking for another practice. Eye practices make considerable money deeming patients to be "glaucoma suspects" and can do a lot of unnecessary annual testing at the expense of the patient. Beware!

Very happy with my first visit last year to Dr. Arena; tomorrow will be my second. She definitely keeps up with the latest research and has a very soothing manner.

Dr. Arena is very knowledgeable and explains things in detail in a way you understand. She also went out of her way to help me with a problem after hours. I highly recommend, Dr Arena for all your eye care needs!

My experience with Dr. Arena has been excellent! She is not only extremely knowledgeable re her field but she is warm, caring and exhibits those traits when caring for her patients. She is ready and willing to answer any questions with in depth explanations, Her expertise, and her warmth and caring come through every step of the way..
