After some initial issues connecting and getting an appointment, I was able to see Dr. Thorsen for a PhD evaluation that my general practitioner had ordered, and the process, once scheduled, was efficient and positive. This private practice is a small operation that might be served well to employ an answering or scheduling services as a supplement to the existing staff's limited bandwidth, but once I was on finally their radar, all insurance and billing, records, appointment setting, evaluation and follow up communications with myself and my health care team were all prompt and accurate. I would recommend Dr. Thorsen. If you are personally having a hard time getting a hold of him or his staff, know that if you keep trying you will eventually succeed and it would be worth the trouble. After some initial issues scheduling an appointment, I was able to see Dr. Thorsen for a PhD evaluation that my general practitioner had ordered. His small private practice might be better served to employ an answering or scheduling service as a supplement to his existing staff's limited bandwidth. Once I was on their radar, all insurance and billing, records, appointment setting, and evaluation and follow up communications with myself and my health care team were all prompt and accurate.
