Doctor spent a good amount of time, was not rushed, casual and comfortable feel of the appt talking about these issues. Easy to meet with and ask questions about this unusual topic.

The central issue for this visit was to explore the cost/benefit ratio (from an insurance standpoint) of an upcoming procedure. Dr. Reickert explained this very clearly.

He is a terrible physician that cut my daughter open in his office and then sent her back to work within 24 hours. She has to lift heavy (50lbs) boxes at Amazon and he told her that she didn't need restrictions for heavy lifting, "that's everyone's excuse" (his words)! He didn't prescribe anything for pain, not even Tylenol. This guy has no manners, completely rude and disrespectful! DO NOT GO TO HIM IF YOUR IN PAIN I WISH I COULD GIVE HIM A NEGATIVE STAR RATING FOR WHAT HE DID TO MY DAUGHTER

*Dr. Reickert was extremely kind, understanding and knowledgeable. He made an uncomfortable situation much better, put me at ease and took time to explain my options.
Kind, compassionate and first rate expert. If you have a colorectal issue see a colorectal doctor... not someone who is "familiar" with colorectal issues. Dr. Reickert is the best and the head of colorectal surgery at Henry Ford.
