He is the right doctor if you experience pain

For starters in the lobby they had me remove my mask to take a photo of me? I disagreed, but still had to do it! (why wear one if they have you take it off!) There where people standing together in the lobby, no social distancing! no plexi glass shields for the receptionist and three of them sitting together less than 2' apart same with the greeters at the door. Mr Flinders did not have his mask on his face but under his chin and no gloves and physically put his hands on me. He interrupted me twice while I was trying to answer "his" questions and then asked or stated that I was not listening to him?? wt? he seemed really impatient with me and had no sympathy at all. I did not here him because I was talking and he did not want to listen to me! and kept interrupting me before I could finish! He did not explain anything other than mentioned he didn't see any need for surgery and he could see everything! He then said he recommended therapy witch I quickly denied,(why would I do therapy when my neck hurts?) then he showed me the way out! no other options nothing! I paid a $50000 decuctable for insurance for this?? what a joke! I just wanted some relief for the pain in my neck, is that so much to ask? and maybe someone that cares about my quality of life. Do not recommend! O stars.

Dr a Flinders is a great Dr. He had helped me so many times and wouldn't go anywhere else! His Staff is friendly and very professional! Thank You Dr Flinders and staff!
