I have been going to him for over 5 yrs and he has taken care of my back Needs for all those years. I will always be grateful to him and his staff. they are so nice

He underprescibes Rxs. Doesn’t listen to what you have to say. He does not assess your pain—my prescriptions are already written before I walk in the exam room.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Danshaw for 16 years. Even though we now live 3 hours away, he still sees Dr. Danshaw every 2 months. He and his staff are the greatest! The year or so I needed pain management, he was my doctor. He is very caring and more than competent.

He is the best been with him for years

Lack of response from the doctor and office staff to ins. company for info about medical need caused a denial of spinal procedure. Have not been back since and am getting good treatments now elsewhere.

Staff organization and courtesy leaves a lot of room for improvement. Web site contains information that you know is incorrect until to spend your time to go to the office and find posted info to the contrary. They only work 3 & 1/2 days a week so come 11:30 Thursday if you need something, don’t expect anyone to get back to you til sometime late Monday, (4 days later)! More and more it’s all about them, not thier patients. Who is the customer anyway? MOREOVER, it seems the pain management medical practice is more about managing your medications— not your pain. I love dr dan he is a marvelous doctor

I have been a patient with this Dr for several years. He has always done his best to keep me out of pain. He keeps in touch with all my doctors so he knows exactly what is going on with me.

Very thorough and kind + professional office. ????????????????

I was a patient of Dr Danshaws for 13 years! I left the practice in 2014. He was a Class A! Pain management Dr. The times I had to fly to Singapore, Singapore to volunteer as a consultant for thier Deaf/Blind school for a month. Dr Danshaw took care of me! He gave me enough of my pain meds to last me until I came back to The States. All he required from me then, was my Flight Reservation, date of departure and return date. He made a copy of it. I always brought him, his nurses & staff gifts from my stay in Singapore ????????! He was The Best Pain Dr. I have ever been to before and since I left. He is One Of A Kind! They don't turn them out in Med School like that anymore. I speak from 13 yes of being under his treatment. His Demeanor was professional but, yet you would get joking from him too! I saw many staff and nurses go, but his office remained the way he wants it too. If you follow his treatment plan, guard your prescriptions, take as directed. He will be a very good Dr. Misuse them or his guidelines, yes he will get stern & strict with you. People that have complaints, are not following his guidelines or breaking office ce policy. Been using this doctor for several years. He keeps track of my health like a primary doctor would. He has a wonderful bed side manner. He takes his time in his appointments. He really cares about his patients. I would trust him with any member of my family.

My mother has been a patient here for several years and has significantly reduced her level of pain during that time. Dr. Danshaw has a wonderful bedside manner, and his staff is knowlegable, efficient, and so very cordial. They do everything they can to make sure you remember your appointments, and, that they go as smoothly as possible. My mother always walks out feeling better than when she went in, sometimes simply because she felt "heard" and was treated with compassion. Plus, Dr. Danshaw does not hesitate to teach as he treats, taking the time to make sure you understand ALL of the various aspects of your pain management course. I wouldnt hesitate a second to recommend him to friends and family. Any negative reviews MUST be an anomaly! Had no empathy for my pain. Suffering from severe post-operative pain due to his indifference and unwillingness to change plan of continued care. Speaks to me as if I'm ignorant and yet will not answer an intelligent and simple question. Schedules unnecessary appointments to bill insurance.
