Toothache starting Friday evening (of course). Tried to wait through the weekend but by Sunday it was throbbing. Called on Sunday. Received a call right back. Scheduled an appointment for first thing in the AM and provided me with recommendations for pain relief. Pretty astounding for a Sunday!!

I am very very happy with the treatment and results from my visit to Palm Desert Dentist Conrow &Mclachlan. I had broken a tooth off my denture, in the front of course so I needed to have it fixed immediately. I was able to get an appointment that day and have a new tooth on the denture and back in my mouth quickly. Their service is second to none and the staff are wonderful. T.C.

I chose Dr Conrow‘s office because my mother received the most amazing services for her extremely difficult dental work . Currently I’m still receiving dental care services from Dr Conrow. I didn’t want to wait till I’m finished receiving all dental care to give my review. Sadly I have not taken care of my teeth my whole life and I am 49 years old. I currently was able to receive all the dental care I needed to make my mouth healthy and be able to smile and feel good about myself. The extensive work that has been done and will continue, has been done with the utmost delicate care. I will show my before and after as soon as I can. Always a great experience. Desperately need a repair of the front tooth! Dr Conrow was able to get it done that day! Thank goodness! They always rise to the challenge and take first rate care of me!

The front office was very nice, April was her name and she really worked hard to get the best appointments for me. The young man taking photographs of my mouth was very nice and professional. Dr Conrow was very knowledgeable and pointed out the major issues we were confronting and how best to deal with them.

Lorena, my hygienist, is the best I have ever had! She is thorough, professional, friendly, kind, very efficient, and so knowledgeable. Since using her for a couple years my teeth never felt and look so good. My healthy teeth is also keeping the rest of me healthy. I will go to nobody but her and Dr. Conrow. Recommended my son and he is very happy as well. The girls in the office are soooo nice and helpful too! Thank you EVERYONE at Dr Conrow’s! Old school customer service is still alive and well there. Had a dental clean with Lordana and she was amazing. Very Thorough, listens and gives great advice. Highly recommend the office for cleaning and all dental work! First class! Update! Dr. Conrow is one of the best dentist I have been to. Just wish dental checkups were included with 6 monthly dental cleans as other places offer, which would make this a 5 * rating. 4 1/2 otherwise but google doesn’t give the option to add 1/2. Only a dentist can do a thorough examination to catch anything early. We’d all prefer a filling to a root canal and having the examination added, would be ideal. I've been meaning to write a review about the wonderful treatment I received at Dr. Conrow's office in early 2021. I was fairly new to the desert when a crown came loose and needed immediate repair. I called Dr. Conrow's office and his great receptionist got me right in. Unfortunately, a full-mouth xray and exam revealed that a lot more was falling apart than just that one tooth. Dr. Conrow showed me that fully 1/3 of my lower jaw bone was gone due to tooth and bone loss and the bone loss was becoming a dental emergency. I called my former Prosthedontist in Northern California and he confirmed that I had been well on my way to this diagnosis for several years and I should trust Dr. Conrow. The treatment was the removal of some of my remaining teeth, and an upper denture and a lower partial, built to prevent further bone loss. I have now talked to many denture wearers who were seen by other doctors and none of them had the amazing care and expertise I received. Many were in and out of their dentist's offices in one visit and have dentures that look unnatural and don't fit. Many were given totally impersonal attention at a time when they felt they were in a true crisis. I almost feel guilty because I got such top notch care... Dr. Conrow had me make numerous appointments to his office to measure, re-measure and make sure that everything was built perfectly. He had great compassion for the ordeal of getting this work done, including the emotional distress I was feeling about the loss of my teeth. But when all the work was done I walked out of there with a beautiful smile, and I feel like we hopefully saved my lower jaw. Of everything, finally being able to smile ear to ear has been the best part. I know I got the best possible care, with the best possible outcome. I am DEEPLY grateful to Dr. Conrow and his incredible staff for all the loving care and a great smile. Thank you! Excellent dentist, caring, skilled, with a professional, yet friendly staff.

My experience here is and has been consistently delightful. They are invested in you as a person and treat you courteously and respectfully. They take great care in explaining procedures and post care as well as gentle and effective cleaning and preventive care.

This was a semi.-annual cleaning. Lorena was thorough and careful in the way she conducted the cleaning. She was also attentive to Covid protocols. She took the time to explain the condition of my teeth and what preventive measures I could take in areas that should get more attention. It was my first consultation visit and right away I felt a warm reception from April the receptionist. The wait was a little longer than I expected. That was not a big deal though based on my previous experience with implant doctor's visit. The doctor's assistant was very nice and professional. Dr. Conrow and his staff got me in on an emergency basis to fix a broken tooth. Everyone in the office is awesome! He took time to explain what was going on in terms that I can understand. I wish we lived in California full-time so he could be my permanent dentist!

I've never posted a bad review for anything - until now. I went to Dr Conrow for a second opinion. His office did nothing, except took a couple photos. Upon leaving, I was told I needed to pay $485.00. Wanting to keep my good credit rating, I paid. As a senior citizen, that was a lot for me. In hindsight, I wish I'd have disputed this.

Besides Dr Conrow and staff being experts, they are very friendly and accommodating. Teeth cleanings are always done in less than an hour and are painless. I now schedule 3 cleanings a year to keep my teeth white and bright but also healthy .There is a small fridge with drinks , coffee, tea and other goodies.
