Craig Douglas Anderson

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Anderson for over 20 years. He is a kind, caring doctor and as far as I am concerned, the best doctor in the area for anesthetic shots. His office manager, Laura? is lovely. However, the receptionist is probably the worst front desk person I have ever encountered. She can be rude, will tell you she sent referrals when she did not. Will say she did not receive FAXES when the clinic sending them tells you they sent them twice. She never apologises when she messes up. This is not just my opinion, others have told me the same. I am sure that Dr. Anderson loses customers because of the attitude at the front desk. I put up with this woman's attitude because I want to continue going to Dr. Anderson. I held off writing this review for a long time. I am sure this is why Dr. Anderson'a reviews are not all 5 star.

Have seen Dr Anderson on prior occasions. Good doctor but his staff is terrible. Was referred to him recently. Receptionist advised referral not received, was faxed by my referring dr. When I pointed this out, was then Dr Anderson is reviewing. Waited two weeks no appt. Called and left message, no return call. Called again, Dr Anderson still reviewing. Called my dr, referred to a different pain specialist. Was called by Dr Anderson’s office, don’t know where referral is but can get you an appt. I declined. My prior experience with this staff was needed insurance approval, was never sent to ins company until I personally contacted the office.

Dr. Anderson was wonderful to work with. I have know Dr. Anderson for over 20 years. He is a very pleasant and kind person. This visit was for chronic back pain for 15 years and I procrastinated on doing anything about it. After one injection, it has relieved 95% of my pain. I am still walking around finding it hard to believe! Thank you Dr. Anderson.

Terrible practice!...they are more concerned with money than the patient's and the front desk staff is very bias on who gets a appointment even with a referral.

I've been a patient of Dr. Anderson's for 20 plus years. After having total spinal fusion from my neck to my tailbone front and back with rods and screws instrumentation and massive nerve root damage; He has saved my life to many times to count in controlling my pain. I would trust him with my child or any family member or friend.

Fabulous doctor. He spent ample time with me and real explained the possible procedures. He walked through all my X-rays, cat scan, & MRI helping to clarify what was happening. Great man and doctor!

Doctor Anderson has saved my life many times. I understand the frustration of the consulting & then waiting for treatment. He's COLLECTING HISTORY & ANY IMAGES; THE BETTER HE KNOWS YOUR CONDITION; THE BETTER HE CAN HELP YOU! Sometimes it takes up to 4 shots and there is different levels of Therapy. It's up to the Patient to let him know your feeling other wise he or his Associates can't help you. I've had my days & PAIN GETS IN THE WAY OF MY FEELINGS. He goes out of his way for his PATIENTS!

Horrible! My surgeon wanted a Stat Steroid shot for my neck and told them where to give the injection and that I didn't need a consult. they made me come in for a consult and their earliest appt was over a month out. Then when I finally got the the appt it took them 2.5 hours to do paperwork with no drugs for anxiety. They took their sweet time Starting an IV they were incompetent at and took multiple tries and then finally got me in the OR where their drugs had no effect so they sent me home
