Dr. Courtney Marie Preston

Not sure what happened, I hope everything is fine but the doctor office stopped receiving phone calls since Tuesday February 21. Wednesday and Thursday all phone calls were redirected to another number. Today Friday February 24 it is possible to leave a voice message. Nobody is taking calls and there are patients that need support urgently. The office was closed today with no sign or any information.

Dr Preston is my wife’s neurologist. We have seen at least half dozen doctors since she came down with neuropathy in 2014. Almost all of them either questioned my wife’s integrity or just dismissed her complaints. She left Baylor sobbing. Their treatment of her was of malpractice. Dr Preston actually listened to her, diagnosed her condition and found solutions to treat her. Dr Preston is by far the best neurologist we have met. She is empathetic, listens to my wife and works to alleviate her symptoms. We couldn’t ask for a better doctor..

I love this place. Everyone helps everyone and every client. They know your name when you get there and explain everything that you are going through. They make notes and keep you informed the entire time. They really really work with you to improve your health. I am so thankful for Dr. Preston's care for my husband after his stroke. She has a very calming demeanor while explaining difficult medical issues in a straightforward manner. Dr. Preston and her staff have been responsive to questions and concerns and I have already referred her to several people. Our office visits have been prompt and thorough, never rushed. Again, don't know how I would have handled my husband's stroke and recovery without her and her staff.

My OBGYN sent the referral for Neurology Associates of Pearland. It was easy to schedule the appointment. Once I saw the Dr. I felt completely ignored about my concerns; I asked to have an MRI done--it took her office nearly two weeks to get that scheduled after multiple calls & reminders from me. I got in for the MRI and have never heard back from them either to discuss the MRI or a health plan. I had another doctor review the results. Dr. Preston is very detailed and has great bedside manner. The office staff is organized, friendly, and works fast on referrals.

All around HORRIBLE

I received a call from Linda regarding a referral today from one of our providers. I must say that she is rude, has a horrible attitude, and definitely reflects a poor image for Dr. Preston's office. As a professional I have never encountered such a disrespectful person representing a well established physician. As a patient, I would not step foot in that office!!!! I sent my father to see Dr. Preston and she misdiagnosed my father in October 2021 with neuropathy. Dr. Preston is rude, condescending and now my father is critically ill. I’m super disappointed. Now it’s December 2021 and my father is in NeuroICU with encephalitis and normal pressure hydrocephalus. If she had done her job, my father would not be critical near death. Do not go to this doctor!

Dr. Preston was very personable and exudes competence. She gave me a thorough examination and described in detail what she was looking for.

Does not get with patients in a timely manner, had to wait several weeks after an MRI to get the results that showed a couple of issues. The assistant initially called, said she didn't understand the terminology, but thought everything looked good. This was not the case and not what the report said.
