When Conrad C. Nievera M.D. Was Working Up in Spokane WA. He was Always there for his patiences and no matter what he would personally get a hold of his patiences and make appointment for us when we needed him. He is in my opinion the Best Neurologist anyone can ask for. I know this because I was one of his patience. I have had several issues with this office this week. Their communication skills are poor, they posted my imaging results online without calling me, when I was having problems with my meds, they did get me in with my doctor that week but were not patient or helpful to me on a human level. I didn’t not feel listened to or felt like any of my complaints or issues were dealt with appropriately. Especially being a neurologist office, you may have patients calling that are having side effects from meds, having seizures and cognitive problems that are out of their control. I stayed calm when I was met with rude behavior and I filed a formal complaint with a manager. I got a call the next day and still felt like their was no formal apology and that they were still blaming me and the current pandemic of the world on what transpired. At my appointment I felt rushed and didn’t fully feel like my needs as a patient were met. Multicare has changed over the years, and not for the good. I feel like dr Conrad is a good doctor but needs to take more time with his patients, and their concerns for their health. He explained things very well, was knowledgeable and understanding.

Everything went great. On time, answered questions, professional and easy to talk with.

They are very friendly and helpful and you can tell they care. They explain things very well.

Dr. Nievera is a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He is trying everything to get my Dad seizure free. He is a blessing and happy we found him.

Dr.Nievera has been my Doctor for a number of years. He is kind and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and willing to listen about my concerns and willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding! Dr. Nievera and his staff really care! While we were on a cruise in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, his staff relayed messages from Dr. Nievera (who was on vacation in the Philippines) to us numerous times when my son was have increased seizures. I was very impressed by both the doctor and his staff.

Very professional, genuine concern for patient well being.

Very hard to get into, my pharmacy has tried to call them three or four times for a prescription refill, and if I try I just get a recorded message with no call back. They ignore my online prescription refill. They are great IF you can ever get a real person to talk to. Their customer support stinks.

Dr Nievera told me things that were good for me. He was straightforward but still kind. The best thing was that he helped my quality of life by helping me reduce my seizures. The long wait time to see him was worth it.

Dr. Nievera seems great; knowledgeable, delves into patient background, asks lots of questions, listens well. He's my new neurologist and it was a great first appt. However...I called to book a follow-up appointment to discuss tests that were done, and the next opening is seven weeks away. That's poor patient care to take on so many patients that one has to wait almost two months to discuss test results. So, as much as I like Dr. Nievera, I need to find someone with a smaller patient load so I can get better care. Also, all but one office staff I interacted with are very rude, very attitudinal, both on the phone and in person. He is a brilliant doctor we had spent 11 years trying to find what was wrong with my son took Dr. Nevera less than five minutes.

I have epilepsy and have seen a few neurologists before I was referred to Dr. Nievera. He has been an absolutely fantastic doctor, and there are not enough words to describe the difference he has made in my life. At every appointment, he takes his time explaining things to me, answering any questions I may have, and seems to genuinely care about my wellbeing. His staff is wonderful, and I rather enjoy my appointments, unlike the others I've experienced. I Definitely recommend Dr. Nievera.

I was told by Dr. assistant that I should make a yearly check up in1994. Went the desk an they said I would be contacted. Never happened. I made a self app.via phone and was told I could see you January 18th. NOT. No one but robocall to confirm app. I was never told of address change and never got a notice in the last year you had moved. I spent 35 minutes to find your office and was told you were busy. Guy in your old parking lot said I was at the right place. Send out a post card to patients
