When you have to have a biopsy and then Mohs surgery in the middle of your face, it’s not fun but both Dr. MacInnis and the Mohs surgeon where wonderful and patient. I can’t say enough, of the nurse Sam in the Leesburg Office she was so kind and truly got me through it. So grateful for all their care.

Dr Macinnis has built a Medical team second to none. They are professional, caring and well trained. They always inform you of the procedure needed to help relax you. I would like to recognize some of the staff that have taken care of me recently. Front Desk, Brandy and Tina helping to set convenient appointments. Sarah Yoho PA, Very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. V Mohs procedure specialist. Very professional and dedicated Doctor. Medical Assistants, Michelle and Shawni. They are working with the Doctor during your procedure. They always make sure you are OK. I trust the team and always feel comfortable in their care.

I have complete faith in Dr. MacInnis. Over the years I have had a number of dermatologists. None have been better than her. In addition, her ability to describe an issue she is treating is as good as any physician I have encountered. I highly recommend Dr. MacInnis.

I have been with this Doctor for many years. The Mt. Dora office is a wonderful place to go for my appointments. I changed from another doctor and am so happy I did. She is caring, gentle, and informative. She follows up and always keeps you informed. Sara is my go-to for lumps, bumps, and wrinkle stoppers. She is sweet, always upbeat, and always comforting. You just have to love her and how she treats you. Carolina is my aesthetician. I have had many procedures under her skilled hands. She is gentle, caring, and attentive to your concerns. The reception girls, Brandy, Mary, and Lynn are so helpful, kind, and friendly. This office Mt Dora is warm and always makes me feel appreciated as a patient.

Had Mohs surgery done on the tip of my nose. Dr. made sure I felt no pain and have no scar. She was really concerned about my wellbeing. Staff are very professional and kind. I would recommend MacInnis to any one wanting the services of a dermatology issues..She is the best!!!!!!

I have written about my ongoing positive experience with MacInnis Dermatology, where I usually see one of the PAs for my skin checks or surgery. I recently reconnected with Dr Colleen MacInnis, as my situation required the Mohs surgical technique. It was a challenging one for me, but as always, she handled everything with great skill and care. She listens well, responds to your questions and will give as much explanation as you need. Post- procedure treatment is explained and supported with printed instructions and a follow-up call the next day. If you call with a question, someone will call you back. A patient portal is available for those with a computer. There is an obvious atmosphere of caring, and it’s also a happy place, with respect among all the staff. I’m thankful this practice - and these people - are my providers.

Timely, clean,cheerful office. Staff at The Villages was helpful and Grace Fanti was the provider. She diagnosed quickly, educated me with understandable explanations and gave me notes that enabled me to review at home. She also, requested that I give permission to inspect other areas on my body that she was concerned about once I mentioned something was troubling me. It was my pleasure to find this practice as a referral from my oncology specialist office (Dr. Thaper) . I am feeling much better and will return whenever needed. Thank you for all the good care from the staff.

Had my first visit today with Rachael and Dr. MacInnis. Excellent experience-everything was explained and so glad they were referred to me.

We left Texas after having the same Dermatologist for 25 yrs. Needless to say it's hard to find new Dr.s in your new place, but we could not have picked a better Dr. than Dr. MacInnis, her PA's, medical and office staff! From the time you are greeted at the door to the time you leave you know this office cares. The care I have been given by both the Dr and her PA's (Sarah and Grace) have been exceptional. I am in every 6 month and I feel they thoroughly check me over and listen to my concerns. Her medical assistance's (Ana) put you at ease and let you know what will be going on. If I could give a 10 for the review I would!! Thank you Dr. Mac and your staff!!

Efficient, friendly, on time. I see Dr. Schroeder and find her and all the staff extremely kind and helpful. They know what they are doing.

I highly recommend Dr Schroder. I have had two yearly exams with her and she is very professional. She explains her findings so you can understand and the most outstanding bedside manner. Jessica is the nurse I have had the last two years as well and her smile, remembering you from over a year ago and very professional and friendly.

It begins at the front desk with the friendly and helpful staff, Blair and Connie; continues with the Doctor assistants, nurses, and Dr. MacInnis. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and patient. They listened carefully, performed a thorough examination, and gave me options on treatment. I knew I was in great hands. When I left, they called immediately for surgery and within 4 days, it was finished. I'm a pretty squeamish patient. They did everything to help me get comfortable. I was pretty embarrassed and they were amazing. Their professionalism and kindness was really focused on me. When I left, I had instructions of what to do for the next 2 weeks and reassurance that I could just call with any questions.

DR MAC'S OFFICE IN THE VILLAGES IS TOP SHELF! From the moment you arrive and are greeted by the wonderful personaities of Blair and Connie...next Tara smiles as she gets you back to the exam room, and in my case listens to my blabbing and extracts why it is that I am at the office... to when DR MAC tells you just how it is in her inimitable way... you know you are being treated by competent, professional and compassionate people...not to mention their collective sense of humor...I am grateful for what they do and how well they do it.

I dealt with Rachael and Grace on the day of my appointment, both were very kind and helpful towards me. I have seen them again and both remain committed to compassionate care.

Dr Mac is so very personable! Sara, her PA, is the same. Staff at her Mount Dora office always smiling and helpful. At Leesburg office Carolina was born to be a an aesthetician!! Staff was very pleasant as well. Highly recommend either office.

Took the time to explain thorough explanations about my options for treatment. (Other Dermatologist from which I came never gave me options or even took time to explain anything; wanted only to do surgery.) Doctor and entire staff make you feel good; they listen!!

Never is a trip to the doctor a moment of gleeful anticipation. It reasons that if one is going there must be an issue, so it is not good you are going, but you are glad there is a doctor. I have found the "Utopia" of the doctor office world. From my first visit for a full body scan to the surgical visits, they have been top notch. Sara, Dr. McInnis's P.A. is a life saver, she found a small spot, turns out to be melanoma. I call her "eagle eye" now. I have had other spots and such removed and addressed. The work is always of the upmost professionalism and their attitude could not be more gracious and kind. Dr. McInnis is a master with her scalpel, hardly a notice where she has done her work, always a consummate professional. Tanya, Amanda, Brandy and host of others make a difficult day into a day of peace. They may not be "perfect", but they are close enough for me - they office for my parents and now my wife and I. If you need an amazing dermatologist, this is the place to go. I went to The Villages office and had an amazing experience. Rachael was absolutely wonderful and had me laughing the whole time. Great staff with a lot of compassion for their patients.

I have never had a bad experience at this office. The staff is understanding, compassionate, and loads of fun. Sarah is amazing at making sure that I am comfortable and understand what the treatment plan is.

MacInnis Dermatology in Mt. Dora is the place to be if you're looking for care in that area of medicine. Outside of their professionalism and knowledge, they work well together which makes you feel at ease. The front desk area welcomes you in the nicest way possible. I've received several treatments in this office over the last two years, and I will continue to go to MacInnis Dermatology.

I was anew patient on 2/28/2020. I was treated at the office in Mt. Dora. When I arrived the girls at the front desk greeted me with a smile. they made me feel important. My wait time was about 5 minutes which is good. the PA and assistant were very professional with a caring attitude. The PA explained my procedure and options with clarity. All in all and enjoyable visit., great experience.

I was a shirtless kid, growing up in Florida during the sixties ... I was no stranger to frequent sunburns which are now catching up with me. I wanted a "super dermatologist". So I shopped around a bit, and decided upon Dr. Coleen Macinnis From my first visit forward, it became clear I had stumbled upon very talented, highly skilled MD. But, what stood out the most was her warm heart. She made sure I understood my skin issues. Her credentials speak for themselves. As for her staff no issues, they've always been professionally-polite. Iv'e had only two scheduling errors, which were my mistakes. My recommendations are obvious...

This was my initial, new-patient visit. Dr. MacInnis conducted a thorough full-body exam, paying particular attention to a 2016 MOHS surgery on my forehead performed when I lived in NYS.

I saw Dr. Kay in the villages and she was phenomenal, very diligent and kind. I'm glad Dr. MacInnis opened a office in the villages- closer to my home! The whole office as whole is great. I walk in and feel welcomed by Kiana with the biggest smile. Keep up the work MacInnis Dermatology!!!!

I was very pleased with Dr. Macinnis. Her diagnosis for me was right on the spot. Jose at the front desk was very personable and helpful on a number of things. I would recommend her for an A One Dermatologist. Worth the trip from the Villages. I don't mind driving a few extra miles for a excellent doctor.

We are snowbirds from Pa and my husband developed a serious reaction to something he ate. With no referral in The Villages it is very difficult to get a appointment with a specialist. I was fortunate to get ahold of MacInnis Dermatology and explained the problem and they gave me a appointment for my husband the next day, We were so happy with the whole staff and Dr. MacInnis is a five star. Would highly recommend her and the whole staff

I saw Dr. Kay , an associate at Macinnis Dermatology. She was absolutely wonderful - friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend her and see her again if the need arises. Dr. Macinnis, she was a great addition to your practice!

On arriving at Dr. Macinnis's office the first person you meet is Jose", he is friendly, helpful and makes you feel comfortable. He is an asset to this office. I have been coming for facials mostly and would like to compliment Stephanie on the way she does the facials. First, her room is inviting and clean. She makes you feel comfortable and listens to your concerns. She gives suggestion and ways to take care of your skin which is very helpful. When I leave I feel relaxed & refresh

Staff was very courteous and professional. I had two reminders of the Kiss of Florida Sunshine removed and Dr. Macinnis did an excellent job. No pain, no complications and well healed. I will not hesitate to use Macinnis Dermatology for my future needs.

Very friendly and clean office. It feels more like a beach house than a Drs office. Both Dr Macinnis and the practitioner are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had bad acne problems for years and went thru the mill with other dermatologist that just wanted to bleed me for money. I never feel like that with Dr Macinnis, my face looks better than ever and I don't have to do the monthly apt with her like the others required.
