My sports med doctor sent me to Dr Hartz for the ultrasound cortisone injection. My other doctor did and it and it didn’t work but Dr Hartz was spot on. Seen him 6 years at Ohio State- mostly for hips and knee - injuries and arthritis. He is caring, compassionate, professional and knows his stuff. He referred me to PT a few times and has been great in communicating through MyChart. My wait time is very short and he doesn’t rush me in the appointment. Highly recommend him. A friend’s son in high school saw him for sports injuries and liked him too.

Dr Hartz treated me like I was an inconvenience. He failed to make eye contact or ask me how I was doing. Whether conscious or not, this provider fails to treat all patients with decency.
