Dr. Claudia Hriesik

Horrible. I’ve never been treated with such lack of caring and compassion. I had major surgery. Difficult to get answers. Follow ups at office felt like they were on a timer. Staff was beyond rude. They just don’t care, just like her.

Dr. Hriesik should not be practicing. I would never recommend her to friends or family, let alone my worst enemy. Not once did I have a pleasant experience with her. She never listened to any of my concerns, explained options and procedures with minimal detail, had NO bedside manner. It was literally like talking to and dealing with a robot. I had an outpatient surgical procedure done that required anaesthesia and she was under my gown and poking around before it had even kicked in.

Best doctor ever. Dr. Hriesik saved my life. Dr. Hriesik tells it like it is. You may not want to hear the results, but it is what it is. I am still alive after stage 3 cancer 7 years later. Doctor moved quickly, that's why I'm here now.

This doctor may be the worste doctor I have ever seen. Completely disinterested, three months of complete misdiagnosis. I transferred my records to different doctor, he couldn’t even understand her reports! All she was capable of doing was billing my insurance company. Run quickly from this place!

Worst experience of my life! No bedside manner what so ever. Over medicated me (almost 3 times the Versed given in the past - [my doctor retired]). While out cold, (since I was 'taking up bed space'), I was moved into an empty office and left sitting upright in a chair. Nurse was very concerned and looked in on me often, however Dr. Hriesik showed little, to no, regard. Family member was appalled by the doctor's attitude, and the misinformation she gave directly after my procedure.

Strongly advise, do not book with this doctor. Behaves as if she is working on a lab specimen. Very cold, disinterested in patients questions or inquiries, no sedation for significant surgery. Very condescending and rude. Far better, caring, considerate, professional surgeons in Rochester.
