I've been going to Dr. Cyprien for years. Great Doctor and genuinely cares for her patients. The Best!!

Has been my Doctor for years. Has always done a great job.

Dr cyprien is a good doctor, she always take care of me, she's very attentive to your problem, as I sit in the office I hear a lot of good things about the doctor, I feel very safe with her.

Office was dirty and office staff extremely discourteous. Waited over two hours for my appointment. The doctor came into the office at 9:45 and the first appointment for the day was scheduled for 9:00. Charged my insurance for a procedure that was not performed. My medical records showed a prescription for a narcotic that I never received a prescription for.

She turned me away during a face to face visit in a very rude unprofessional way. Didnt look at me once while talking to me and completely hurt my feelings. This is not how you treat patients or people who need help. I will NOT recommend her.

I was a patient of hers. She took care of me. Then all of a sudden she didnt. She was very rude about it. Came in for an appointment and heard other patients saying they had the same insurance. I don't know their business but I was turned away with no other place to go. This was very hurtful and unprofessional. I dont recommend her if you have feelings.

She’s very knowledgeable with her job, very strict and easy to talked to her. I like that about her. I have been with her 9 plus yrs and I will not change that at all.

She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to her profession. She is strictly by the books and I like that and she is so easy to talk to about anything.

She is more concerned about HER scheduling over patients. My husband is wheelchair bound. Takes time to get him ready. She wanted him there before noon. Its a 2&1/2 plus hour ride for us. No compassion for patients. Show up10 mins late. She cant be bothered with HIS tardiness. Last visit. We had to wait 45 mins to be seen. No handicap bathrooms on entire floor. Bad experience over all.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of urgency. Took several phone calls before I finally got her to call in a prescription to my local pharmacy.

Too seldom patients, ESPECIALLY those who are suffering from ACUTE PAIN and/or for whatever reason are seeking to find a pain management doctor who does not a 'several month waiting list', the temptation to make an appointment with a pain management doctor based on how QUICKLY you can get in and 'be seen' becomes a desperate BUT potentially DANGEROUS choice in the long run! I very seriously hope that any patient in search of a new physician takes EVEN A LITTLE BIT OF TIME to ask themselves several vital questions first - to let your INTELLECT....and NOT your PAIN be your guide! If your pain level has become so severe that you even SUSPECT that it could be influencing your 'clear thinking' - ASK your family and friends for HELP.

I wasn't sure if I was visiting a doctor's office or a mental Clinic. Questions to ask regarding my pain for my injection such as what pants size I wear. Didn't even feel like I was in the doctor's office. I have took numerous pictures. Black sut in air vents .unknown personal effects everywhere. No answering the phone.no attention to details cruicial to provide care. Cant believe this is a legal or proper doctor. Patients beware.

If your a medicaid patient, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to no one. She is very unprofessional and un-compassionate, rude as well. Dr Claire Marie Cyprien doesn't change the paper bedding. Also has needles out in the open in one of the rooms. If you have a complaint, she yells at you and also hangs up on you. Her staff are unhelpful and her office is shabby. Even if you don't your labs because your sick if you see the doctor she won't give you meds.
