The entire staff is professional, friendly and do their jobs well. Overall my visit was exceptional and Dr. Chang is the best.

Dr. Chang always does her very best to squeeze me in, even though obviously with a jam packed schedule. She was super helpful; even when things were running behind, my appointment wasn't cut short. Was open to trying new things as opposed to telling me to keep trying the same things, and provided a succinct list of tasks to try to relieve my plantar fasciitis as opposed to a million -- easier to focus on a few and do them well. Dr. Chang starts from a place of facts and data. She is in inclusive in her approach by explaining problems and pressure testing even her own thoughts. Very experienced doctor with extensive knowledge of the body and how it works. She does review patients charts before the appointment and takes extensive notes with her bot. I really appreciate her belief in holistic methods. The only thing: her appointments book out 6-8wks so it’s hard to see her at the exact moment you want but honestly if you can wait I think the quality of her care and capability makes it worth it. We are so glad to have been cared for by Dr. Chang. She is clearly knowledgeable (and was instructing a resident during our visit) and did a wonderful job of communicating her findings throughout the entire appointment. As she examined our teenager’s knee, she asked questions, listened to responses, and shared her process as she performed a variety of tests. She was warm, efficient, and energetic (according to our teen, “she has a good vibe”). We left the visit with a good understanding of the injury and a clear set of steps to lead (hopefully) to recovery. We are so glad to have been cared for by Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang is awesome! She is very thorough and explains everything nicely. Made sure I got connected to the right physical therapist for my needs. Highly recommended!

Cindy was able to quickly diagnose the problem I was having in my knee and give me a plan to decrease my pain and improve my ability participate in the activities I love.

Dr. Chang is amazing and works well to inform you of your options and to come up with a plan that suits your situation. Unfortunately it’s not always the news you want to hear but she works with you so that you understand the situation and best practices to stay functional and minimize the pain.

Dr Chang was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough, recommended very highly.

Dr Chang and her staff are uber-efficient, kind, smart, and get right to the heart of the issue without any nonsense. She understands the body (and mind!) of an athlete.

Dr. Chang is excellent. She’s helped my son through numerous sports related injury. Super thorough and knowledgeable and she really cares about him and his recovery.

Dr.Chang was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my daughter. She followed up with us and made sure we we’re getting the appropriate care. She made my daughter feel comfortable and explained things to her in a way she could understand. Highly recommend!

This recent visit was great as Dr. Chang was able to see me on time and spent the appropriate amount of time with me. Usually it is quite late past my appointment time to get to see her so this was a nice surprise.

Dr. Chang is absolutely one of the most patient obsessed doctors I have ever seen!! She is also at the top of the game around new technology and practices to make sure her patients get to best treatment.

Dr. Cindy is one of the best I’ve in-counted, here’s why 1.she’s knows actually what’s going on with your problem and gets to the point of letting you know and how to correct it. 2. She listens to your request and allow you to either say yes or no. 3. She gives you a say so on whether you should have surgery or not, but at the same time gives you a answer to your decision. 4. Dr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable, qualified, and has superb listening skills. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the treatment plan provides the best results for her patients.

Dr. Chang accommodated her schedule to see me earlier. Her assistant Jill is super efficient and cordial. Both responded right away to my phone calls and emails. Dr. Chang took the time to review my medical history prior to my visit and really think about my condition. She spent a lot of time during the visit to examine me and brainstorm together on follow-up. She listens to the patient, she cares and follows up. Dr. Chang was amazing working with my 14 year old son. We had initially brought him in as he had a sprained ankle. She took the time to look at all aspects of his leg, ankle and foot. Dr. Chang did a thorough evaluation on my daughter's hand injury. She patiently explained to us about the details of the injury, what we can do and what we can't do. She is very responsive to our inquiries after the visit. We trust her expertise and love her positive energy!
