Dr. Cindi Swift Croft

I have been seeing Dr. Croft for many years, and have found that her model is much more appealing (and effective) than our traditional medical model. First, I have always appreciated that when someone in my family has a medical need, we have always had access to Dr. Croft directly instead of having to speak to or talk with nurses or other providers we don't know or have a relationship with. It is one less thing to worry about to know we are going to speak to someone who knows us personally. Second, the care itself is great. Dr. Croft's office feels warm and comforting -- not sterile like many offices. She uses a holistic approach to treatment and preventive care, asking about mental health, stressors, and so many other factors that may show up medically, and are often missed in more traditional settings. And maybe most importantly, she spends sufficient time with me in each appointment and I never feel rushed out. I would highly recommend Dr. Croft!!

Dr. Croft took a lot of time to get to know me and the issues I was dealing with and was willing to take as much time as needed to address them. She works in a warm environment that makes me feel at home. I was tired of doctors jumping to medication to try to solve my problems and Dr. Croft prioritized day-to-day lifestyle changes to help my issues. She has helped me significantly and I am doing much better than before I started seeing her. I absolutely loved the supplements she recommended to me.

Dr. Cindi Swift-Croft, DO at New Dimensions Family Care in Concord, NH is the best!! She has been very approachable, compassionate, and truly concerned about her patients and delivering the best health care possible. She embraces technology and uses this to the patients benefit, which makes it easier for referrals and contacting her for questions and health concerns. She follows through with additional diagnostics and tests so that any issues are resolved or ruled out expediently. I love her holistic approach to medicine – no immediate drug therapy (unless truly necessary) but a natural and logical approach to treatment. Recently, my husband had a health issue and Dr. Croft recommended further tests and procedures that truly saved his life. My husband and I made the best decision transferring to this practice several years ago – I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have been a patient of Dr. Croft's for about 8 years ( at New Dimensions and previously at St. Josephs ), and what keeps me going back is her knowledge, how she interacts with me as a patient. She teaches me about health issues that affect me at every visit in a fact based, friendly way that is engaging. She answers any questions I have with facts that help my understanding. That is very important to me, and she's the only doctor I've had that puts a priority on educating me. She coaches me towards health goals with encouragement, facts, and humor instead of just saying 'do this', and is very engaged in my efforts and progress. Along with her knowledge, her friendly manner is one of her greatest strengths and it gives me confidence to trust her judgement, recommendations and demonstrates that she is more that just my doctor, she is a friend that truly cares about my health and well being.

Dr. Croft is the most insightful, thorough and compassionate doctor we have ever encountered. She has helped my entire family...from teens to seniors! Her deep knowledge of nutrition and mind-body health empowers you, as a patient, to become proactive in your own health. Dr. Croft cares deeply about each and every patient. Being in her practice has been life changing.

I'm a new patient of Dr Cindi Croft; I feel confident in her expertise and am grateful for her medical attentiveness to my concerns and target goals. Dr Croft gives me positive encouragement with new methods and supplements to best correct some of my health issues and that encouragement gives me the boost I need to stay on task.

I cannot tell you how incredibly thankful I feel having Dr. Croft as my primary care provider! She has helped me through a few different issues, and in such a wholistic way using natural remedies instead of drugs. I have never felt more taken care of and confident in her care. She answers me very promptly whenever I have a question and she is extremely thorough in her follow ups and visit summaries. She is obviously very knowledgeable, not only in terms of our western medicine, but also in terms of certain Asian and Middle Eastern medicine traditions as well as others, which she ties together in order to more fully explain what only western medicine cannot. Dr. Croft has much experience and can help patients with finding a way to improve their health. She is a partner in your health care. She is able to give you the tools that you need to take the best care possible of your health. Not just a pill pusher, Best Doctor we have ever had.
