If I can give zero, I will. This is the worst pediatrician that I ever seen. She is extremely unprofessional, rude and even not listening to the situation. She treats my kid like dirt and not try to talk to the kid at all. All her office only cares about money and that's it. I wish I read all these reviews before seeing her. If I can give zero, I will. This is the worst pediatrician that I ever seen. She is extremely unprofessional, rude and even not listening to the situation. She treats my kid like dirt and not try to talk to the kid at all. All her office only cares about money and that's it. I wish I read all these reviews before seeing her. Completely waste of my time and hurt my kid a lot. I can not believe she got a license!

Not a fan of this Doctor. Been taking my doctor to this, no improvement after a few years. She only increases the dosage of medications. ADHD condition never improved, and only has gotten worse.

I took my 4 year old son to see Dr. Chang. She was very professional and friendly. She gave accurate judgement about my son's problem and super helpful advise on how to train him. We will go back to see her again. His assistant is very professional as well. He gave us a screening test before meeting with Dr. Chang. We called the office many times. The receptionist was very patient and always helpful. We truly appreciate our experience with Dr. Chang's team.

Don’t even bother!!!! Tried to see DR. Chang for my 20 month old son and what a huge disappointment. Both Receptionist were completely clueless. Neither one knew anything about insuarrance nor how to input new patients in the system. They had to call some one on the phone for help. She also kept asking me for a referral that I didn’t need with 1199 Insurrance. Lastly, I wasn’t able to see the Dr due to their incompetence. Rather then go speak to the Dr for possible solutions, she just put her head down on the table as if she was tired and didn’t care. My son saw her for half year for treatment, the doctor cannot really explain what she is going to do and how we can help my son. Simple question test by the acception clerk to evaluate my son' status then give some pills. What you can expect the result. Don't waste your time and money with her.
