I was referred to Dr. St Charles for a continued feeling of pressure and hearing changes in my left ear for 4+ months. I had tried a minute clinic, talked with my primary care doctor, who then referred me. I was hopeful he would explain what was possibly happening with my ear. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. In that time frame, he suggested that I didn’t know how my earbuds worked since my hearing checked perfectly. He said during these COVID times, lots of people clench their jaw and don’t realize it. He casually mentioned scheduling an MRI to the nurse and didn’t explain why. I tried to give more information about an issue I had with vertigo in the past and he was dismissive and argumentative with me. I had to describe my issue to him for the third time since arriving at his office, giving me the impression he had not cared to look at my file or communicate with staff. I left his office feeling uncared for and minimized. I will not return and do not recommend him.

Patient care: 0/5 Post-operational care: 0/5 Pain management (post-surgery): 0/5 (told to, "you're just going to have to tough it out and suffer through the pain") Surgery effectiveness: 4/5 Dr. St Charles is receiving two stars because he successfully completed my surgery without any complications. Aside from this he would be receiving zero stars. He's a perfect example of the money-hungry doctor that has no true concern for his patients, but wants to operate on them and throw them to the curb. This was certainly my experience. After my (rather serious) operation, he was non-existent to my questions/concerns and post-operational patient needs. Do your research, get a second opinion AND DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR FOR SURGERY!

I spent less than 30 seconds with a guy that calls himself a doctor. He read me the results of someone else's ct scan and his nurse who was formerly the star of tales from the crypt is only slightly meaner than the crypt keeper himself. Tabitha in billing is one of the most hateful, rude and evil people on the planet. After I quit coming she tacked $485 onto my bill and then sold the medicine to someone else so they could collect on it twice. She thinks this is amusing. Then she turns me over to collections for money I don't owe. Overall a medical authority should shut this entire place down and tabitha should be relegated to serving hot apple pies.

Christopher St Charles should not even be allowed to practice medicine anymore! After spending 7 hours of my life in his waiting rooms and two visits I saw him for a total of 26.2 seconds. His nurse, who's former role was the crypt keeper, doesn't care if you're alive or if he just prescribed you a medicine you're allergic to. He also read me someone else's ct scan results. His canned treatment seems to be "just spend $500 a week here on allergy shots and you'll not get better but then we'll do a surgery you don't need." After all that tabitha is nice enough to call and inform you that you've been suckered into their pyramid scheme they call a practice and that you owe insane amounts of money. Then she laughs at you and tells you that she's going to sell the medicine you aren't using to another patient and charge them too. Which she did. Then she turned me over to collections for a couple hundred bucks that I didn't really owe. Overall, it would be more beneficial for someone to develop a cocaine problem than to visit this practice. Your nose wouldn't be any better and your bank account would still be drained of all it's resources. That is their ultimate goal, it's no longer patient care. Avoid st charles, tabitha and anyone else that works here at all costs. You will love a longer happier life for sure.

I had the worst experience with a person who initially answers the phone for this doctor. Tonya not only accused me of being there before (I have just moved here), she was rude, told me they don't accept my insurance (Medicare?), and when I told her I've never been treated so rudely, she said, "Whatever. Bye" and hung up!!!

AWFUL doctor. Waste of my time and money. I was told on the phone he was capable of fixing my issue. Well, after paying for my appointment and talking to him for less than 2 minutes he's going to say my only option is surgery. That could have been said on the phone. This was an absolute waste of time and money. Read the other reviews, this "doctor" only cares about collecting your money. But, what else should we expect from someone who appears as so unattractive and arrogant.

He's a serious doctor. Don't try to tell him what he already knows. Who's the expert? His bedside can be a little cold sometimes, but his hand is steady, his experience is second to none and he'll get you in and out of surgery quickly. He cut on the back of my throat and I had minimal bleeding, better than expected recovery, and he'll hook you up with enough pain meds to get you through the tough time. What more do you want with a surgeon? He's not there to be your therapist. Top notch doc.

I wasn't really impressed. Too many docs today get so huge and their practice expands so much that you just feel like a number. That's how I felt. The staff was okay. Can't get an appointment with a doctor for 2 months. I decided to go to an ENT in Nashville with a smaller practice, better bedside manner, and who performs a "Tissue Welding" procedure for tonsillectomies. Virtually pain free and much faster recovery than the method Dr. St Charles was going to do. In a pinch, he'll do.

Went to him because he was recommended to me but he was useless. I was having frequent swelling in the back of my throat and he barely even listened to my theories about what could be wrong, and did not bother to suggest other causes of the issue, but jumped right to You need your tonsils out. Turns out the problem has been resolved and I did NOT need surgery. I'm glad I did not listen to him and I wish I could get back the money my insurance paid him. He didn't take me seriously at all.

Making my daughter feel comfortable about her visit. Taking his time and explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. Very nice Dr. and I would recommend him to anyone that ask,
