He was very patient and explained things well and suggested a game plan to implement for the immediate future even if it didn’t mean surgery in the very near future. I appreciate that. He also went into detail about the long recovery time realistically needed after the surgery. The time he took with me was very appreciated!

Thorough. Professional. Detailed. He's a very pleasant individual. He laid out my options and explained each one thoroughly. I never felt rushed. He listened to all my questions and answered each in detail. While I'm taking no action at this time, I would not hesitate to have him proceed with surgery if that was my choice.

I was in a little pain, I was also a walk in the staff was very helpful with getting me checked in and finding a Dr that could see me on short notice, Dr Nicholson was Awesome he put me it ease and helped me get bk on my feet so I could get bk to work. It was a very professional and pleasant experience.

Dr Christopher Nicholson, is always so kind and friendly, he did a great job with my ankle surgery and all follow up appointments. He explained in a clear manner any concerns that I had. His staff was also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to friends and family if there is ever a need.

Dr. Nicholson is very thorough and informative. I highly recommend him & his team. Christine is one of the best nurses I have ever dealt with.

My experience was WONDERFUL Dr Nicholson was very concerned and Passionate about my care I think God for him.

I saw Dr. Nicholson for a bunion and a cyst on my foot. I did not have to wait long to see him and he was very patient with me as I asked lots of questions. I left my visit feeling that he was very knowledgeable and honest with the information he provided me. I have a follow up appt, and if I have any other orthopedic issues, I will definitely make another appt with Dr. Nicholson.

Dr. Nicholson was great! He was very prompt in seeing me and explained everything in detail. He is very easy going and has a personality that you don’t see very often with doctors, explained everything going on with my ankle and I trust that he has my best interest in mind and not just another co-pay. 5 stars

Left ankle started to swell and became very tender to touch could hardly stand on my foot. after a long weekend in pain, first thing on Monday morning I placed a call to Optim Ortho and spoke to a very pleasant appointment person. She kept me on line until she had the ok to have me come in that same morning . I saw Dr Nickolson and he diagnosed me quickly after looking at my X-rays. Man I was in pain for weeks, until I met doctor Christopher W Nicholson.. wonderful guy he help my problem in hours I felted a relief , that's I been trying to figure out what's wrong with me.. Never in my life I felt that much pain.. Thanks Dr. Nicholson

Dr. Nicholson is great. His staff fails. Two MRI appointments were canceled on the day of my appointment because his office had not notified my insurance company and/or received verification that the procedure was approved. I tried at least a half a dozen times over three weeks to reach his nurse - no call back or voicemails. Very disappointing.

Dr Nicholson is professional, caring and a great surgeon. He has preformed surgery on foot previously with great outcome and wouldn’t consider anyone else!

Dr Nicholson is an amazing doctor. Very caring

Outstanding Dr., diagnosed issue quickly, sound explanation of issue and treatment, spent the time to listen to my questions and respond. The practice is very efficient, nominal wait time. In Bluffton office the full team include very nice people at front desk, nursing staff, X ray technician. Took 3 weeks to get in, communication throughout has been excellent. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very helpful. Dr. Nicholson told me about the xrays and thoroughly explained the problem with my foot. Would definitely recommend him.

Awesome experience and care! My son received a football injury and Dr. Nicholson made sure he fit him on his schedule at short notice!

Dr. Nicholson and his nurse were awesome! My entire experience was nice. The nice lady got me out of the line to check in and assisted me and I was all set for my appointment. Everyone was polite and professional. Great experience!

Dr. Nicholson and his team of health associates treated me with the upmost respect and kept me at ease. This was my first visit ever to an orthodontist. My appointment with Dr Nicholson was a reassuring experience. He took time to talk to me about my issue and my current health following my after effects from covid-19. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very efficient office staff, and I did not wait long to see the doctor. I felt like he didn’t spend but 1 minute with me, and he rushed out. Very polite but in too big a hurry.

Dr. Nicholson listened to my foot problem. He recommended some therapy and an anti inflammatory med to relieve pain. Also provided new shoe inserts. I would go to him again.

He knows me well as I have a tendency to sprain and break my lower extremities. I feel badly that I bothered him for yesterday’s visit as it was only a small broken toe. Often, it has been more extensive. Nonetheless, I was seen with respect and care.

My husband was a patient of Dr Nicholson a few years ago after a bad fall. Dr N is kind and understanding and not overly eager to do surgery so I went to see him when my heel was bothering me after tennis. He diagnosed it as plantar fasciaiitis and gave me some simple stretches to alleviate the pain and get me back onto the tennis courts! What a great doctor!! A++++++!! I highly recommend dr Nicholson!
