Very happy with all those providing care to me, but appointments are only available up to two of three months away. In an emergency, someone will see me, though.

Most have been very good.

I feel very confident in Dr Meadea's care for my Left Knee.

I got a cortisone shot while at Dr. Maeda's office which helped a great deal in mitigating my shoulder pain.

Overall, Dr Madea provided excellent service but his way of communication to me was at times a bit condescending. I was grateful for my partner being with me, during the office visit because it resulted Dr Madea speaking with in a more respectful manner. I felt at times Dr Madea was a bit harsh and judgmental. But when my partner explained that I had limitations due to what my insurance will and will not cover for my recommended care, Dr Madea's attitude became less accusatory and more empathetic

Great experience

I felt like Dr. Maeda was in a rush to get out of there. He spent a few minutes sitting down typing, asking questions, and then a few minutes answering a few questions I had while holding the door knob. I waited weeks for this appointment and selected him because he specializes in sports medicine. The care I received could've been provided by a general family doctor or nurse. I understand that there might've been circumstances affecting the visit, but I didn't leave too happy.

Dr Maeda is the best sports medicine Dr II have had the privilege to work with on my bursitis issue.

Dr Maeda is an excellent provider. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is an asset to your practice.

Dr. Maeda answered all my questions & gave me an injection of cortisone. We discussed the possible future of my shoulder. He is pleasant & professional.

This was absolutely the worst scheduling and authorization process ever. It took 7 weeks of constant phone calls from me to your staff, providing them with the correct information each and every time. For some reason my history for this injury is invisible in your system or inaccurate. It was an absolute nightmare! Dr. Maeda and his care and concern is the only reason I stay with Pac Med.

Dr. Maeda gave information about my health problem so I understood the options and what to expect. He was patient and spent time with me to make sure all my questions/concerns were addressed. I appreciate that.

doctor Christopher Mayada , does not care about the patient and does not spend enough time to examine the patient. It only took five minutes, then he ran and told me that he could not treat me he is not a profession I don’t see he has enough experience for his job, I wasted my time going there!!

I am an older marathon runner and was having trouble with my left knee and was referred to Dr Maeda by my primary doctor. Dr. Maeda was great and respectful of my goals to get back to doing what I love - marathon running. When my MRI came back with bad news, he encouraged me to follow my physical therapists’ program - most importantly, he gave me hope. That was 4 months ago and yesterday I crossed the Finish Line of my 34th marathon! Thank you!
