Good luck. My doc sent referral over and they never called back. I called and left message. Nothing. Eventually after a month they called, while I was away from phone and left message. I called back 5 minutes later and they dont answer the phone. That was last week. If you call it goes to voicemail after 4 or 5 minutes. I doubt they ever answer the phone.

Dr Larsen did not listen to me at all, even after he did surgery. His bedside manner is non-existent. I am so glad I found someone else whom I trust and who cares about his patients.

Called for an appt, they told me it would be 2 MONTHS. I waited the two months. They call me the week of the appt to cancel, tell me it will be another MONTH. Yeah...I'll find a different doctor.

Had a great experience in a not so exciting situation. Dr Larsen was patient, thorough and I haven’t had any issues since my procedure with him! It’s been amazing!!

This doctor was terrible. Was in a rush to leave, didn’t care what I had to say, and told me nothing was wrong with me. I looked in my medical chart online to see that I did have a diagnosis that I wasn’t made aware of. Will not be going back, and switched ENT’s.

I highly recommend Dr Larsen. He took measures to correct botched steps by ER ENT at Advent Health. Should have gone to him to begin with!

Dr Larsen did my inspire surgery and couldn't of been more happy with him .i sleep all night long now with inspire. Thank you Dr Larsen my wife loves the no snoring .Bob Kovac

I told him I was experiencing BPPV, which I've had before. He immediately dismissed me and said it was likely inflammation or a tumor in my inner ear and wanted to do an MRI. Luckily I knew exactly what I had, stood up for myself, and told him he was incorrect. He quickly shooed me out of his office after spending about 5 minutes with me, and sent me to the testing center, which could not help me either. I was dissatisfied with my visit because: a. He did not care to listen to what I had to say. It was as if his mind was made up before I even spoke. b. He immediately suggested a costly procedure (MRI) without taking the time to accurately diagnose me c. He spent almost NO time with me at all. It was as if I did not matter. Good doctors actually care about their patients and want to help them. Had it been my first time experiencing BPPV, I would have likely trusted him and gotten the MRI. This 5-minute visit alone was over $200. I shudder to think at what that MRI would have cost.

Rude, impatient and dismissive. Stay away from this guy.

Cost me lots of money for a 3 min appointment. Never looked in ears, mouth but diagnosed me with burning mouth.

My mom was referred to him, and he was very unprofessional. He didn't even look to see what was going with her, nor did he even review her paperwork. Told her to drink some lemon water and suck on some lemon drops. What the hell? He was not attentive at all. I'll never refer him to anyone I know.

Came in and listened to my symptoms and claimed there was nothing wrong with me and to use saline spray.. Never looked at imaging done by primary, clinic notes from primary, or actually examined me. Was in the room less than 5 minutes, charged my insurance over $500 and said I had "Hay Fever"... Long story short several months after that appointment with him I got a second opinion and needed surgery because my sinus passages were obstructed and were causing sleep apnea.. Did a great job on my very complex and difficult surgery. Highly recommended!!!

Seems like a super nice guy. Been to his office twice and have not had any problems he does have to do surgery tomorrow so I'll let you all know how you did when I can get back on here. Really don't see why there's three negative reviews because I have had no problems at all in his office

Super nice, extremely quick and professional. Quite honestly, I'm more than thankful to him because I've seen two ENTs before him and neither could figure out what's going on but he was able to immediately. Amazing Doctor, 10/10

Dr. Larsen is a leader in the treatment of sleep apnea with the Inspire device. His excellence as a surgeon made my experience smooth and uncomplicated. I am totally comfortable referring my friends and family and I'm so thankful for what he has done for me!

I wouldn't ever recommend this Dr to anyone. My appointment was pointless. He was rude,cocky and worst bedside manner. I felt belittled by this Dr and was cut off with any questions I asked. I have found a different Ent at a different hospital.

I had recently been tested from another pulmonary doctor at NKCH Pavillion. That office through home testing unfortunately led to a CPAP. No problem with them they are very, very good. Years ago I had abandoned CPAP for all the reasons one wants to go to an Inspire System. I went to the Inspire seminar, filled out the forms and made an appointment, because I met the preliminary medical requirements. 2 mos prior I called Dr Larsen's office to give them the info of doc from NKCH to obtain my fairly recent tests. Called 2 weeks prior, they hadn't asked for it yet. 2 days prior. Dr Larsen's office response " Oh my we better get that done!" Then promised it would be done. I literally saw Dr Larsen for 2 min or less. His immediate words were "If I had seen these tests prior to this morning. I would have cancelled your appointment". I called the KU financial after receiving a ridiculous bill. And shared the facts, including driving and time off from work. They reviewed and enforced I pay. Which I have. Don't like it, but it is what it is. So my warning to you is. Get all your ducks in a row. Then fulfill the appointment once the doc has reviewed your medical records and states you still qualify. Larson is the worst Dr. I have ever been to in my life. He doesn't deserve even a 1 star. He does not spend any time at all with the patient. Seems like he is an absolute rush to do anything other than help the patient. Will be getting a 2nd opinion somewhere else.

Doesn't spend more than a minimal amount of time with patient.(4 minutes with me.) He was abrupt,and cutoff questions. Seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere else. Absolutely would not recommend this MD. Take your business elsewhere. This was one of the briefest and most unpleasant doctor visits ever,

Dr Larsen treated me with such disrespect on in his St Lukes office. I will never recommend him to anyone I know. After performing a scope, he told me everything was normal, a few months later, I returned. He ordered a ct; told me it was normal. He smirked at me; suggested psych therapy & then called to tell me he neglected to review the ct and saw blockage. I went to a different ent the next day and had surgery the following day due to multiple issues. I'm recovering now and that pain is gone.

Dr. Larsen has brought me new hope on two levels. He is exceptionally informative about new developments. I was very impressed. Speaks directly about the issue at hand. I am looking forward to having him as my doctor.
