Was referred to this office my by primary physician. I of course was recommended to the partner, but he was booked until July, and this dr had appointments available the next day (go figure). No personality and didn’t care or listen to what I had to say. He didn’t trust the x-rays I had done that resulted in a appointment at his office. Basically told me I didn’t have anything to worry about. When I indicated for the condition I was diagnosed with, I read that I could get these potential options to help my condition. His question was what is your resource? Then he follows that up with I would never treat you with that. Would never recommend DR Lansford to anyone. There are much better in town!

The doctor was very vulgar and used crude undertones in his speech in a creepy way

This was my first visit. Everyone seemed to be caring and professional. I left with a very positive impression. I feel like I will be moving forward now

Dr. Lansford is an excellent doctor. He explained everything to be done in detail and gave me the time to answer any questions I might have. He is very professional and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him for anyone needing to see an ear, nose and throat doctor. His staff is wonderful as well.

Dr. Landsford saved my son’s life a few years ago. Angels do walk among us. Growing up my house number was 312. Today, March12 (312) is Dr. Landsford’s birthday He truly has a gift. Blessings upon you and Peace. James A. McCARTER, Jr and his mom.

Initially I had been putting off getting my keloids looked at and just dealing with the itchiness and difficulty sleeping but after my surgery I feel so much better and a lot more confident. Dr. Lansford has made me feel comfortable and more confident. He has made time for me and worked around my schedule and always makes sure to explain things clearly. His staff is also very welcoming and pleasant to be around.

There was miscommunications with dates for appointments. He gives you all the options but he is not very good at telling you what he thinks would be the best options for your case. The keloid removal has been very good.

Dr. Lansford does not know how to provide care and respect for the elderly. It is my assumption that he doesn’t want to work with those on Medicare because he won’t get paid as much compared to other patients. You can confirm his actions with the elderly by reading other reviews on the web. He will do everything to upset you in hopes that you will leave the office or choose a different surgeon. He is rude, inconsiderate, and obscure. This guy needs Jesus. Dr. Lansford does not know how to provide care and respect for the elderly. Dr. Lansford is a caring professional and takes extra time to listen to your health wants and needs. He is very skilled and makes sure you are happy with your results. I know I can trust him to help me put my best face forward!

I really like Dr. Lansford. I think he listens to my concerns well. He always lets me know what I am going to experience and lets me know my go home instructions. He always makes sure I don't have questions. I trust that he knows what he is doing and I would suggest him as a plastic surgeon to anyone who needs a great doctor. I took my 70 year old lady that I take care of that is deaf & that has been fighting cancer to see Dr. Lansford that she was referred to by one of her Dr's. He was rude & insensitive to both of us. He should of taken the time to talk with her & listen to what she had to say. His nurse numbed her nose/ throat & said the Dr. would do a scope. He did not do the scope & said he couldn't do anything for her. I politely said...Thank you. ( No response from him ) This person is very unprofessional & we are disgusted over this.
