Really disappointed at their customer service. We had an appointment at 11:40am, driving from Salt Lake City there was traffic and notified them we where running late, receptionist mention cutoff was 20 min and if we made it by 12 they would still see us. We got there 2 min before 12 and they still turned us away. I took the day off from work, If they would of just told us Earlier that was going to be late I wouldn’t of kept driving.

First visit, great folks and fantastic care.

Dr. Gordon had great bedside manners for my 7 year old with a broken foot.

I would highly recommend Dr. Gordon, who is very knowledgeable, was very thorough in his exam, skilled in administering an injection, and considerate of my concerns. I also appreciated the x-ray tech’s consideration for my situation and how she tried to be so quick and helpful.

He was friendly and courteous, and very knowledgeable, but I felt rushed through my appointment with him I sat waiting for longer than I did being seen by him.

No better Orthopedic Doctor then Dr. Christopher Gordon. This man is the best. I've recovered from so many injuries because of him. Referred me to the best PT you can probably find. Would go nowhere else.

The person who took my x-rays was very professional! Dr. Gordon very professional, also compassionate and concerned about his patient! And the receptionist very efficient.

Dr. Gordon is awesome. He explains in a clear and understandable manner. Treatment options are discussed in depth, and he listens to concerns.

Dr.Gordon was very caring and to the point. The office and exray staffs were very caring and helpful as well.

Dr. Gordon is a really wonderful doctor. I have seen him for three fairly serious problems that required surgery. He is very thorough in his testing and goes over the results carefully with me. Dr. Gordon is the most professional Doctor I have ever had. He explains everything in terms I understand and listens to everything I want to say. He has always remembered things about me when he comes in even if it’s been months. Extremely intelligent and on every one’s level. I came into Dr Gordon office on an emergency basis and he was very through and caring and knowledgeable. Staff was very accommodating!! Office was very clean. He has a new happy patient. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Gordon and his staff are amazing. They were kind and helped me figure out next steps. The appointment times were available when convenient. I highly recommend him and his staff to friends and family.

An efficient but effective practice. I worked with Dr. Davis and Dr. Gordon in tandem. Both did thorough exams and communicated clearly. I’d recommend them to anyone with a sports injury.

Dr. Chris Gordon was excellent. He is a very knowledgeable doctor who shares a lot with his patients, at least he did with me each appointment I had. The Utah Valley Sports Medicine group are amazing, cordial and professional. We are fortunate to have them in our community.

Great experience!

Dr. Gordon is very thorough, kind and explains things well.

I was helped on time and waited only a short time in the exam room. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and caring and I had all my concerns addressed and questions answered.

Dr. Gordon took an x-ray of my hand and found a break in it and quickly put it in a splint when I thought I had only dislocated my middle finger. I was in and out fast and there wasn't any beating around the bush. For any future injuries I will go back to Dr. Gordon.

Dr Gordon & Dr Shah we’re very kind & thorough. They patiently explained everything, & asked several times if I had questions.

It was very professional, and I really liked how Dr. Gordon was so thorough with the knee exam. Also he was teaching a PA student on the side, and it was cool to see that too!

Im seeing Dr. Gordon for a work injury. He has been nothing short of amazing ! He listens, asks the right questions and is extremely knowledgeable. His patient is the main concern Its been easy to schedule with his office. They have been great at dealing with my Workmans comp, which is not an easy task. I saw Dr. Gordon many years ago for knee issues and he was great. Now, I am seeing him for another health issue and he is as great or better as before. Highly recommended.

Dr. Gordon has treated me for traumatic head injuries (including a concussion and whiplash), a leg length discrepancy, and a dislocated knee. I've never had to wait long to get in to see him, he doesn't rush our appointments, and I genuinely believe he cares about the reasons I'm seeing him for. He's also great with giving me multiple options, which gives me control over my treatment plan. Dr. Gordon found a fracture in my left ankle that was not discovered with the x-rays from the ER. He took x-rays at his office and sent me in for an MRI to see if surgery was needed. He was very thorough explaining the MRI. We discussed the recovery process and what I needed to do to speed up the healing time.
