The best dermatologist in Cypress. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone here is very friendly & professional! Dr. Downing was very attentive to my concerns & answered all my questions! They truly care about their patients! Very clean office!

My experience was great, the Dr. Downing and the Staff are professional and are helpful. The office is clean and spacious. If you need to see a dermatologists, I recommend Dr. Downing office.

I truly appreciate Dr Downing, Kim and the rest of his staff! I have had issue with my brown spots on my face and I’ve been struggling for many years. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Downing. He treated the brown spots on my face and they are fading away!!! I am the happiest person. I can’t thank them enough for their great job especially (Kim) She is great at what she does. she took care of me in every step of the way. She’s there comforting me and I feel safe in her hand. If you have melisma or any skin issues I truly recommend Dr. Downing and his staff. I promise you, you’ll see great results.

I have been treated in several cities over the years by very qualified dermatologists. None have matched the skill, bedside manners, and physician concern for my needs as well as Dr. Downing has demonstrated. He does not rush through a clinic visit. He has performed 3 successful Mohs surgeries for me as well as another surgery on my hand with no complications and all have healed well. With other dermatologists, I have experienced complications of keloid scarring. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed. Jim M

ANGELS!✨ Skip the extra drama and just come to Dr. Drownings office for real solutions, he’s a specialist and knows what’s best. I was immediately greeted at the front, and although I was unprepared, the front young lady was quick to help me out and gave me all the forms I needed to fill and she was very caring about my situation. I came in feeling hopeless, I had seen two general doctors with no improvement on my skin. Iza brought me back to a room where she took all my concerns very seriously and made detailed notes of all my medications and timeline of when medication were taken and reassured me that I would be taken care of. Dr. Downing is very genuine, he took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and examined my skin and scalp. They did take a biopsy but I FELT NOTHING!! Thanks to Iza and Dr. Downing. Dr. Downing sent a prescription to help with my skin and the results were night and day. I felt immediate relief and my skin healed up so quickly in a matter or 2-3 days I feel so blessed to have found an amazing office with an amazing doctor and amazing staff I highly recommend you come on in!

Dr. Downing and his staff are the best. He is a compassionate doctor and put me at ease with my mohs surgery. He was very patient when explaining the procedure and I never felt rushed. My follow-up visits were also pleasant and my concerns were heard and validated. Josh assisted Dr. Downing with the procedure and he was awesome during the procedure and on my follow-ups. Dr. Downing has a well run office that sees patients timely, answers the phone and assists patients quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Downing and his staff.

Dr. Downing and his staff are the silver lining to a previous dark cloud. When my previous derm started her own practice, she stopped taking my insurance - which is how I found Dr. Downing. Honestly-he is amazing and his staff (Jasmine, Jonathan, front staff) are all super kind and welcoming. I've been seeing derms pretty much my whole life-and I've never felt so comfortable and heard like I feel with Dr. Downing. Truly the best-you owe it to yourself to see him for your care.

This was my first visit for my daughter. This facility is clean, smells good and highly professional. Every EMPLOYEE encounter was fantastic… it gave a spa field. The doctor is so in tuned, personable and easy to speak with. My daughter and I are OVERLY empressed. Thank you for being one of the best!

Dr. Downing and his staff (specifically Josh) are the BEST! Dr. Downing is the only dermatologist that has ever cleared up my scalp psoriasis. So glad I found his office!

Dr. Downing is one of the best Doctor's!! I have been to several dermatologists for a skin condition that previously has gone untreated and was unable to get answers. My first visit with Dr. Downing proved to be amazing, he recommend testing and starting treatment to finally get to bottom of my symptoms. He sat with me and took his time to explain process. Bed side manner is perfect and he makes you feel so comfortable. His office is very efficient and sweet. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Dr. Downing is the best Dermatologist I have ever met!! He is a compassionate doctor and is very knowledgeable. He makes sure all of his patients feel heard and that any concerns they have are addressed. Whenever I had concerns regarding my skin Dr. Downing always made sure to answer all of my questions and that I was taken care of. Overall, Dr. Downing displays great professionalism, has clear communication, and truly cares for his patients. The office is very neat and organized and the staff there is so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I would not recommend unless you are Ok with being Nickled and Dimed for services, what could have been done on the first visit ended up taking 3 visits having to pay 3 co-pays even after I was told the complete estimate at the time of the first visit. Very unprofessional as far as billing policies, says one thing and does another trying to get more money out of the patient, even the follow-up visit after surgery to complete the job was being charged another office visit, so instead I walked out and canceled the follow-up visit and told them I would seek another opinion on what has already been done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Dr. Downing saved my husband's life. While working at at the gym, my husband's heart stopped beating. He had cardiac arrest. Dr. Downing saw what was happening and immediately started CPR and called for the defibrillator. Dr. Downing NEVER GAVE UP... even though he couldn't get a heartbeat. After being taken to the hospital, my husband fully recovered. Every Dr. said that my husband was alive, and in such good condition because of Dr. Downing's quick and continuous care. He didn't give up
