Dr. Christopher Scott Callicutt

Do not recommend Callicutt. Not professional. Never given anyone a bad review before. I am a professional with a Master’s Degree and a retired educator.

Would NOT recommend this surgeon after having used him for the third surgery. I am a professional retired educator with a Master’s Degree from the University of Tennessee. In my opinion, Christopher Scott Callicutt, working as a vascular surgeon for Premier Surgical in Knoxville and other locations, is neither professional (based on what he said and the tone he used) or competent (complications and removal of a catheter he placed in my body). It is my understanding others have had similar experiences.

Dr. Callicutt is an excellent doctor and a very kind, caring person. He is patient and listens to any concerns you have. His nurse, Lora, is superb. Not only does she provide excellent care, but is a very warm person paying special attention to the patient's needs.

Dr. Callicutt explained the surgery I was to have very thoroughly and clearly. He also explained the alternatives available to him during the surgery, depending upon what he found when he got to the problem. Dr. Callicutt is very friendly and reassuring. My office visit for follow-up was very efficient and timely. His nurse was most pleasant and friendly and removed my staples with professionalism. I would definitely recommend Dr. Callicutt for any vascular surgery.

Outstanding physician. Best vascular surgeon I’ve encountered in my medical journey.

I have a procedure and he is doing it tomorrow. This man is one of the best doctors I know of. He is so detailed and personable, I know I am getting all the information and am able to understand everything. On top of that, he is a caring man. He genuinly wants the very best for me. I recomend him VERY highly. He really is the best of the best.
