I was in Sage. He was a good caring doctor. My stupid insurance won't cover me to seen by him anymore but I wish could change insurances. I would like to go back to him.

Dr. Belleau has worked diligently with me to diagnose the symptoms and identify the problem that is causing pain. I would recommend his services to anyone. He is very thorough and compassionate.

My experience with Dr. Belleau was great. He explained in detail what my problem is and what procedures were needed to help relieve my back pain. He was always caring, professional and never made me feel like he was in a hurry. Have to compliment his nurses too. They are always courteous and professional. I'd highly recommend Dr. Belleau.

Dr. Belleau is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He listens to his patients and really cares. I highly recommend him and his staff.

He did not help me with rehabilitation, he released me after diagnosing me with polyneuropothy and said it was not curable and he couldn't do anything to help me. He told me it wasn't due to my work injury, and in his report he said he wasn't qualified to neurological decisions. Now because of what he said workman's comp wont pay for me to see a neurologist. I'm going to report this to the board of health and every legal action options available. I will get justice. In JESUS NAME.

He is always attentive and takes time to talk to me and listens to what I have to say about my symptoms and what I think is going on.

Several visits with Dr. Belleau. The first visit he gave an injection and on the second visit he had the chart in his hand and said he needed to do an injection. We informed him that he had done that 2 weeks prior. With a puzzled look he said he had never seen us before. After he left the room and came back he admitted he had done one injection already. In checking out, there were music CDs on the window where he was peddling the music of the band he plays in on the weekend.

They didn't have a copy of my MRI,. I was misdiagnosed with a SI joint inflammation. Mind you my MRI stated I have 3 bulging discs, 1 hernitaed disc and a pinched nerve. My insurance denied the procedure obviously. But the office didn't call me until 6PM the night before my procedure was to take place. They LIED and said that the insurance didn't tell them till earlier that day. When the denial was dated 4 days prior. Huge waste of my time.
