Very good doctor, willing to take his time to explain patients any issues and how to overcome the problem.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for more than 10 years now. He is very compassionate and a good listener. He is very respectful and caring. He has a very personalized way of caring for his patients. When he receives our laboratory test results, he personally dials our number and gives us the results and at the same time gives his advise on what to do based on the lab tests. Just this morning he called personally to let us know that my husband’s lab test order is ready for pick up at the reception desk. (Apparently, the pharmacy emailed him about my husband’s medication which he readily refilled for now.) None of our other doctors would give this level of service to us. This is the reason why we stay with him even on those times when he is not in our insurance. What a great doctor!

Dr. Arnold was recommended to me by my husband. He has been our primary doctor for over 10 years. Dr Arnold has a very warm, caring and reassuring manner about him that makes you feel right away that he is going to take care of you and everything is going to be alright. He is a great listener I am always confident in his recommendations. I feel that he has my best interests and medical care at heart. He is always up to date with my check ups, blood panels and other tests. I don’t have to wonder very long about results of my test, because he is always right on it and as soon as gets the results he informs me right away explains the results to me and what needs to be done as the results that the test predicts. My husband and I are very fortunate to have a doctor like Dr. Arnold for our medical needs. I see him as a good friend, who I cannot thank enough for the great care that he has given me over the years.

Dr Arnold is an amazing and caring Dr.He has been my Dr for many many years and there is no one I trust more with my medical needs

I and my family members have been patients of Dr Arnold and been treated by him him for last 7 years. Dr Arnold has played a very effective role in my post transplant care, monitoring of my graft kidney and overall recovery. I am therefore very grateful to him and his dedicated, caring staff. I wish him a very successful and blessed life and profession, so that like me, many others may benefit from his kindness and capabilities. I owe my recovery to a healthier life to Dr Arnold.

He did nothing good for me. I am truly sorry I stayed a patient with him as long as I did. If u dont make your appointment one time, he will not give you any prescription even for the weekend. Just 2 or 3 of my pills untill Monday? NOPE !! Make an appointment on Monday then you can get your refills. I did that and never went back. I've been with my new Dr. for several years now and shes wonderful. She is kind and smart. She has helped me feel better and knows much more about medicine. He did nothing good for me. Dr. Arnold is a kind doctor who listens loudly and treats the whole patient - body and mind. His staff is wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend his practice if you are looking for a doctor.

Dr. Arnold has been my Primary Care Doctor since 2007, when I was 62. I'm now 73. He cares very much for his patients, judging from my own experience. He cares about all aspects of your health, and goes above and beyond to make sure he gives you the best options, treatments, and specialists. He's guided me through 3 spinal operations, lung cancer surgery, breast cancer (DCIS) surgery, and a total knee replacement. His staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. In the past, when I've my insurance plans didn't allow me to have him as my doctor, I chose to stay with him and change insurance instead. I highly recommend him to patients of all ages. Always on time. He takes his time with each patient. Never makes you panick! A very caring doctor!

very patient and kind

Tried to get an appointment And called on Tuesday but was on hold for about 20 minutes and gave up. After several more attempts several hours later, finally got through for a Thursday appointment. Dr. Arnold is always attentive and caring, listens to me about whatever is wrong. His nurse, Gloria is friendly, kind, and professional in dealing with me, too. Not sure how easy it would be to get an urgent appointment. Self check in makes me wonder why two people at desk didn’t answer the phone.

I called to make an appointment and the person said they would call back and never did. If this is the way they treat new clients, I do not want any part of this office. This place deserves no star, but it will not allow me to post without giving 1 star.

Great doctor and great staff. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold.

My husband & I have been pts of Dr Arnold since he started his practice. He is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate & has the patience of a saint ❣️ He is the physician of half the people of Camarillo & both St John's Hospitals. If you're looking for a great family doctor, look no further.

Dr Arnold and his staff are friendly and helpful. They are attentive to my needs when I am at my weakest.

Dr. Arnold is amazing at diagnosing health problems. He saved my husband’s life (literally). My husband and I truly appreciate his abilities and genuine compassion for his patients. His front and back office staff are capable, friendly and caring. Thank you, Dr. Arnold, for the awesome care you provide.

DR. ARNOLD IS NOT HELPFUL!!!! MY WIFE RECENTLY HAD A PHYSICAL WITH HIM BEFORE OUR INSURANCE CHANGED (BECAUSE MY WORK CHANGED PROVIDERS) . MY WIFE IS GETTING A NEW JOB AND NEEDS TO HAVE HAD A FORM SIGNED THAT SHE HAS HAD A PHYSICAL IN THE LAST YEAR. SHE TOOK THE FORM TO HAVE DR. ARNOLD SIGN OFF AND HE WOULD NOT SIGN IT BECAUSE OUR INSURANCE CHANGED, EVEN THOUGH WE ALREADY PAID FOR IT AND THE FORM STATES THE EXAM NEEDED TO BE DONE IN THE LAST YEAR.

Dr. Arnold is a competent doctor and I highly respected him until recently. My only complaint has been his unfriendly, incompetent staff. Recent incidents with his staff in my interactions with them revealed Dr. Arnold's hypocrisy and lack of concern for his patients in his ridiculous defense of his staff. If you disagree with him or complain about the poor treatment of patients by his staff, it becomes a situation of "his way or the highway." I chose the highway and will find another doctor.

What an OUTSTANDING doctor. He is humble, caring and compassionate. He is like that brother in your family that you absolutely love and miss when you're apart. He possess that character all doctors should emulate. I absolutely admire Dr. Arnold's front office staff as well. This Veteran is completely satisfied. I am truly blessed to be a patient of Dr. Christopher Arnold.

He is a very compassionate human being that treats his patients with respect. Has gone out of his way to check on my well being after suffering the loss of my wife to cancer. I can honestly say that he is what a REAL DOCTOR should be like. I have several family members that feel the same way and are his patients as well.

Dr. Arnold Christopher is one of the kindest and most thorough physicians I have ever seen. I highly recommend him and his friendly office staff!

Dr. Arnold has been out family physician for over 10 years. He is as good as they get, he is knowledgeable, considerate, and goes out of his way to be helpful in any way he can. Dr. Arnold is a excellent Doctor who has a warm and caring personality along with this his top medical skills. He has always been available for me even on short notice. He spends lots of time with you and answer any questions honestly. He is a pleasure to see because you know he gives you a hundred percent of his attention and is concerned with your overall health, not just the specific reason you have seen him. He is a wonderful person with a great personality on top of that. Highly recommended

I thought Dr Arnold was a doctor that cared. I thought he spent the time to give me proper direction and was very focused on health maintenance. Great Doctor!

While he is an AMAZING doctor, who seems to genuinely care for his patients, his front office staff is lazy and inept. They are rude- all of them, miss messages, often don't take the phone off the lunch message when they arrive back, meaning you can't get anyone all afternoon, and when they do take a message, they get it WRONG. His on call person over the weekends is useless, won't prescribe or see you if you aren't currently his patient, which makes no sense. after 9 years with him, I'm done.

Dr. Arnold is respectful, patient, and trustworthy. He takes time to listen to your complaint and doesn't try to get you out right away. He calls personally to deliver test results.
