Each appointment we had to wait nearly an hour with no apology nor a warning they were running late. Loud, annoying news program on in the large waiting area each time--we felt like we were at an airport lounge.

Patient for many years. Each visit I felt I received less care and more “sales pitches”, for services that required out of pocket expenses. Even the MONTHLY SPECIAL emails and “EVENING COCKTAIL EVENTS”, pertained to NON INSURANCE covered procedures.

Everyone was fantastic. Nick the assistant and Dr.Buetti were absolutely amazing!!! This was my first visit and I’m so glad I found them.

I really don't dread my appointments. I'm always treated like family. I have cystic acne and need my acne injected within a day. Dr. B promised me immediate appointment and he is a man of his word.

Dr Buatti is personable, knowledgeable and he and his staff were very kind and helpful and were very accommodating about squeezing my additional requested filler injection into my appointment. He did a great job, both in recommending the right product for my concern and injecting the fillers. He is an artist. My results are great.

When I called the office, I spoke to Ashley, the office coordinator. She was very patient and kind. She was able to schedule me an appointment for the next day due. Autumn was prompt and friendly. She explained everything very thoroughly! I would highly recommend Oakland Hills Dermatology to anyone seeking to see a Skin expert!

My son had a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Buatti and it was great. Very professional, thorough and spent time with us on the call to make sure all our questions were answered.

Dr. Buati and his staff are a stellar group. The staff is caring, courteous, and prompt. The office is very covid 19 "respective". Dr. Buati is an excellent listener combined with the utmost patience. Also, he makes sure you are educated before you leave. I feel all of these qualities combined make this the office of choice for anyone seeking a credible dermatologist . ( as this field of expertise is an especially fragile area for we patients). Kudos to Dr. Buati and his staff!

Today we were able to have a Telehealth appointment with Autumn for a follow-up on my son's acne. It was wonderful they were able to offer that option for everyone's safety and well-being. The staff was excellent, they called to make sure I had the password. Appointment went smoothly just like in the office. Autumn is always great, very professional and caring!

Autumn Green is so nice I would recommend her to anyone I know. Super cool and sets you at ease always. I'm definitely coming back cause she's great
