Christina is truly a compassionate therapist. She helped me gain insight and coping strategies to resolve my issues. Christina is extremely knowledgeable in the treatment of eating disorders. i am currently in recovery and do not have any symptoms of my eating disorder. she helped me manage my depression and anxiety

Tina provides easy to implement skills that are gradually making each day more manageable. She has been great for me individually and for my family. She has made time for family therapy outside her regular hours, which I see positive changes in how we work together. I now sleep after years of sleepless nights! Being a relatively new patient of Christina's I can say that I am more optimistic about full recovery than I have ever been and I have already made good progress. Tina is one of the best therapists I have been too. I had come to her at one of the lowest points I had been at and she was very patient and kind with me until I finally was able to come out of my shell. We worked at overcoming everything I went through and she brought me to such a good place. After years of trying to find a right fit with a therapist, I finally found one with Christina! She is very kind and compassionate. She has many wonderful resources to go along with therapy. I think that if Tina is the right fit for you, she could be a great therapist, but there were a couple of red flags with her for me. She's steadfast in her ways and somewhat unprofessional. She has all of her patients take the MMPI-2, something I've never seen another therapist do. I stopped seeing her for group but asked her to mail the test to my therapist; instead she mailed it to me--the MMPI is harsh in its evaluation and if I had been less stable, could have been severely harmful to me.

I am very pleased that Christina looked to address the true cause of my pain and not just treat me like a “number”. She takes her time to listen and understand my problems and not jump to conclusions. She is firm but caring and really comfortable to work with. I’ve seen many therapists over the years and undoubtedly Christina is truly a top notch perfessional and in my opinion the best in her filed.

Christina was incredibly insightful, empathetic, and compassionate. She helped me to understand all aspects of my childhood trauma and how it impacts my life today.
