My daughter had an infected wisdom tooth. I called multiple Oral Surgeons and all had a week wait for an initial appt for exam then another week to schedule the extraction/surgery. Dr. Loestcher removed all 4 wisdom teeth (and the painful infected cyst) all in one appointment. . I called on a Monday and surgery scheduled on Thursday. The office staff, nurses, surgical assistants, technology are top notch along with Dr. Loestcher! Unfortunately not covered under my insurance but I highly recommend

Dr. Loetscher in my opinion is the best oral Maxillofacial Surgeon in Atlanta. I have been a patient for over 10 years. His staff is exceptional and professional. If you have a problem with your mouth, Atlanta, oral and max rule surgery is where you need to be.

Atlanta Oral Surgeons, Dr Loetscher, his nurse, Haley Hess, and his entire staff are top notch, off the chart in every way and exceed any and all expectations you may have regarding this level of dental care. I have 10yr’s of experience with them for oral surgical issues that have required an oral surgeon. You can never go wrong with Dr Loetscher and his staff. Absolutely the best of the best.

This was my first dental implant and I was very pleased. Dr. Loetscher first explained everything thoroughly, then did an excellent job and followed up to be certain I was satisfied. The staff was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

My 5yr old daughter had a bad accident on the playground requiring immediate surgery. Dr. Cho should teach a masterclass on medical professionalism and bedside manner. We were in and out in an hour and our baby girl was treated like a princess by the doctor and staff. We are incredibly thankful for this practice and the wonderful people working there.

My nursers for my surgery were kind and friendly. Dr. Christian Loetscher took an extra step after my surgery to speak with me twice to relay his findings and next steps for my procedure and protocol.

This was my second experience with Dr. Loetscher and his staff for some rather extensive oral surgery. I am most favorably impressed by the competence and professionalism of everyone involved in my surgery. They functioned like a NASCAR pit crew as they swarmed around me during pre-op. And as significantly, everyone seemed friendly and caring. Even on the post-op visit, staff members who weren’t involved in that visit popped in to ask how I was feeling. I am also impressed by the collaboration between Dr. L and staff. Altogether, they made me feel completely at ease throughout the process and I highly recommend this practice.

I have to say this is the best Dentistry we went to. I had my wisdom teeth pulled out. The staff were outstanding. I can’t even write enough about Dr Cho. He explained everything really well. He even called us that evening to check and make sure I was doing ok. Which is rare these day!!! So thank you Dr. Cho I would definitely recommend Dr Cho to anyone and any friends I have. I wish I could give Dr.Loetscher and his staff 10 stars!!!! I had 2 dental implants done and my daughter had wisdom teeth surgery performed by Dr.Loetscher. Every experience was super professional from beginning to end - the office staff is extremely efficient , helpful, friendly and you can always talk to somebody on the phone, unlike most of doctors' offices these days - it runs like a well-oiled machine)) Dr.Loetscher is very personable, explains everything very well and his experience and knowledge make the process easy. AND he personally calls the patient after surgery to see how they are doing! Can you name any other doctor who does that? Wonderful care and professionalism! Don't hesitate to have your procedures done at Dr.Loetscher's office!

Dr Loetscher, DDS, MS Is the best! My son had declark plates put in five years ago and just had them removed last week as well as his wisdom teeth. Both surgeries although five years apart were a positive experience. Having surgery for your child could be one of the scariest experiences, unless you have Dr Loestscher and his team. Superior knowledge and experience, state-of-the-art facility, and a doctor, nurses and assistants who put me at ease and provided the best of care.

Was so glad to find a doctor that could give my son an implant for his tooth that never grew in. The other doctors said the space was too small and that he would have to get bridge every 10 years. Now he has a permanent false tooth that could last the rest of this life.

Do not recommend this place . This doctor messed up my fathers nerves when they did his bone graph surgery . We have tried to resolve this issue with him but he does not want to cooperate with us . We spent thousands of dollars on this surgery and for him not to show professionalism in this matter is utterly disgusting . My father has damaged nerves because of this surgery and the only thing this doctor can say is that it will go away in time . It has been well past a year after surgery and the problem persists . I can't say how disappointed I was. My dentist referred my teenager to Atlanta Oral to discuss getting my son's wisdom teeth reviewed to see if they need to come out. I called to make a consultation appointment. We went and everyone was very nice up until I was checking out. I was told I owe $443. I was taken back since this was a consultation! For the x-ray we were charged $235 which okay, I get that but then I was charged $208 for the doctor to say hello, answer a couple of standard questions that the tech already answered and then looking at my kids teeth for 15 seconds. No One told me that I would be out of pocket $445 . When I asked what my insurance would cover she just got dismissive and said she would file with them later. This was ridiculous and so unprofessional not to let me know that this would be this much and to not check with my insurance. So upset!!!! I can't say how disappointed I was. Our 7 year old daughter required oral surgery to remove two teeth from the top of her mouth. We were nervous to put her to sleep and Nylah was nervous with the whole ordeal. This is my second surgery And he went great again. Very professional and well run practice.

The procedure went very well . I was comfortable and never really felt anything. I had two implants in my upper jaw on each side of my left canine tooth. The front tooth had broke and there was not enough left to repair the cap. There are very few (if any ) doctors in Atlanta that can do a one trip extraction and implant along with a temprary tooth to mask the gap caused by a broken front tooth( or cap) requiring an implant . The Doctor is very skilled and I expect that everything will be fine, although there is a small percentage of implants that fail. I believe the procedure to pull, implant a post, and install a temporary tooth cost close to $5000 (this includes implant, anesthesia, and temprary tooth). This might be a little more than a typical implant, but most of the time you have to suffer with a gap in your smile for 3-4 months as implant becomes set in the bone. With this Provider , you get a temporary tooth that looks as good as a crown (although a bit shorter to lessen chewing impact on temporary teeth and implant). The implant may be slightly more expensive than cost of Bridge, but the potential complications and additional cost associated with a Bridge make the implant the obvious choice.The Doctor is extremely competent in his field and his staff is great! Everything was first class from the receptionist when she welcomed me in the office, to the technicians who were very knowledgeable and professional, the anesthesiologist, Dr. Campbell did a great job. 2hours later I walked out of the office minus a root of a tooth that had broken at the gum line, plus an implant and a temp tooth. Dr. Loetscher and his staff have been extremely rude, unprofessional and irresponsible. Loetscher has continually disregarded my dads attempts to fix his pain after a bone graph surgery gone wrong that he did. My father was told to wait 3 months after surgery for the numbness and pain to go away. After 3 months no change. He continued to tell my father to wait. After almost 2 years my father is still in pain and he continues to tell my father to wait it out. Now, 3 opinions later, doctors have agreed that Dr. Loetscher has cause possible permanent nerve damage to my father. The surgery to attempt to fix it is over 25k and Dr. Loetscher refuses to take responsibility for the issue. This is neglect. He continues to deny that he made an error during this surgery. It was an hour procedure and my father was in surgery for almost 7 hours. Clearly there were complications. This is unacceptable. My father was even talked to in an unprofessional manner by the receptionist up front who talked to my dad in his native language defending Dr. Loetscher agreeing that he did not cause nerve damage to my father. Soon after hip surgery I lost one of my eye teeth. My dentist had me see Dr Loetscher for a tooth implant. I was completely blown away by all of the high end technology at their office. It was the easiest process and his team of nurses were so informative and helpful even after hours with their concierge service. The woman who work in Dr Loetscher’s office are especially nice . To take an impression Dr Loetscher has a digital software that maps your teeth. No bitting into a material here!! He has a lab in his office that does the work . The man in the lab even came to check the color for the crown. If you are in the state of Georgia, Dr. Loetscher is absolutely who you need to see for ANY oral surgery needs. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Loetscher earlier this year and the level of care was the best I have ever seen in an outpatient facility. During the initial consultation, it was clear that Dr. Loetscher has a wealth of experience. He easily explained the status of my wisdom teeth and why it was urgent to remove them, as they were heavily impacted. The staff are affable, attentive, and very knowledgable. It was extremely reassuring to interact with such a capable staff after having poor consultation experiences elsewhere. I had substantially impacted wisdom teeth so I was a tad nervous, but Dr. Loetscher and his staff made it my surgery a very comfortable experience. After the procedure, Dr. Loetscher personally called to check on me and explain best practices for swift recovery. In the period of recovery, his nurses/assistants were easily accessible to answer any questions I had. A few weeks later, I noticed my sockets were not yet closed so I went in to check and Dr. Loetscher generously squeezed me into his schedule to take a look. I am beyond frustrated with this office. Every appointment I had waited a minimum of 15 minutes. One appointment I waited so long that I finally had to ask the front desk to reschedule me, because I couldn’t wait any longer. Yesterday I waited 25 minutes before I complained and walked out. I’ve had two of my appointments rescheduled because the doctor wanted to go out of town for the weekend. I was pretty annoyed to be told I had to reschedule getting a tooth pulled, because it meant my husband and I both had to ask for new days off and rearrange everything with our work. Then to be rescheduled a second time for the same thing really irritated me. The lack of respect for my time is awful. I think they did a great job with my tooth removal and putting in the implant, but I’m not finishing the process with them because I’ve had so much time wasted.
