Smart, direct, down-to-earth. Knows his stuff from long experience. Diagnosed my problem in three steps and gave honest pros and cons of what to do and what would work (and not). Great "bedside" manner too. Please don't retire!

Very nice and accommodating staff that are taking all health precautions due to Covid, very seriously which I appreciate. Dr Serlo took time to explain my foot injury and my alternatives as I was passing thru the area and needed to be seen. Very pleased.

He listened, did several tests, explained his findings, recommended treatments and practitioners, and also treated my feet himself. He’s compassionate, honest, approachable and didn’t rush. Wonderful experience!

I love Dr Chris Serlo , he is so kind and an amazing dr needless to say . The office staff are very friendly and helpful I came cross Dr Serlo because he had so many people recommended him on the Nextdoor neighbor website

It was my 1st time. I had a very pleasant experience. All of staff I felt with were extremely friendly. Dr Serlo was very thorough and explained all my options and preformed my procedure painlessly.

Dr Serlo is one of the nicest doctors you could ever deal with. He relieves any anxiety you might be feeling and makes the process as quick and painless as possible

I recently had a right hip replacement surgery which has limited my range of motion . I am unable to trim my toe nails on the right foot. I made an appointment with Dr. Serlo to trim the nails which had grown very long and I was afraid they would become infected. They were very uncomfortable. Dr. Serlo not only professionally trimmed my nails, a staff member helped me remove and put on my shoes and socks before and after the procedure. His receptionist was also courteus and helpful cheking me in for the appointment. Dr. Serlo is patient focused, very helpful and efficient and I recommend him highly. I like this office. Dr. Chris Serlo was very helpful and professional in correcting my foot problem and putting me back on my feet again. The whole procedure took only 20 minutes and he reassured me the condition was very common and not serious (routine). I would gladly return to Dr. Serlo again if the need arose.

I went to see Dr. Serlo for a second option and boy am I glad I did. He came in the room and listened to my problems are and what the other doctor wanted to do. He explained to me that what the other doctor was doing was over kill and he asked if I would let him try the same procedure the other doctor tried in office and I agreed...he took his time and made sure he got everything so the problem would not return...unlike my previous doctor. Dr. Serlo is compassionate, competent, and patient focused.

Dr. Serlo is the best. He takes the time to discuss problems very thoroughly and in clear terms, and has a large repertory of experience in solving them.

Dr. Serlo is very patient to listen and answer my questions. He really spent time to explain my foot condition. He is very nice and professional doctor. His assistant , Pat, and all staff are wonderful too. I definitely recommend Dr. Serlo to my friends and family.

Great bedside manners

He is so easy to talk too and is great with explaining the medical issues as well as the treatment options!

Dr. Serlo listened! He did not rush me. He asked questions, did an exam, and made a diagnosis. (An MRI confirmed his opinion.) He listed a range of treatments and fully endorsed my decision to go with physical therapy. He recommended a PT practice with which he had had personal success. He went out of his way to consult with my therapist about the best treatment. He was approachable, knowledgeable, sincere, understanding, and articulate -- one of the most helpful doctors I have encountered!

Dr. Serlo is kind and gentle. He is very knowledgeable so he can make quick diagnoses; he's also up-to-date on the most recent medications. He answers all my questions in person and by phone. Dr. Serlo is easily the nicest, most caring doctor I've ever visited. He was able to diagnose my problem and explain it to me in layman's terms. I've been to him for a few things (I have chronic foot problems), and have never been dissapointed. His staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional as well.

Dr. Serlo was referred to me by a former coworker and I am SO glad he was! I, unfortunately, had to move to central VA so I can no longer visit him, and will sincerely miss him. He is compassionate and caring, and proves to be a wonderful listener. When other doctors dismissed my complaints and symtoms, Dr. Serlo took me seriously and helped relieve some of the foot pain I've experienced since my teens. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is willing to go above and beyond for his patients. Also, his staff is very helpful and willing to listen (something I find to be rare).
