I highly recommend Dr. Bales for knee issues. Dr. Bales listened carefully to my concerns, was very knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly. He performed bilateral knee aspiration and injection extremely proficiently and gently, and I felt absolutely no pain. I will definitely return to see him for my future needs.

The entire office from the short wait in the waiting room to the very short wait in the exam room. Dr. Bales listens to the problem and provides several corrective options.

He was very professional and listened to my concerns. He evaluated me and my history and decided on surgery. Wonderful experience!!! Staff is wonderful and caring and the Anesthesiologist was awesome!!!! I would highly recommend this facility and providers!!!!!

Dr. Bales, did my right knee surgery 3 years ago did an amazing job. Getting ready to do left knee and i am sure he will do an amazing job.

Dr. Bales was easy to talk with. He made sure I understood what was happening with my knee pain and what my options were in treatment. I definitely will recommend him to others.

My husband and I did quite a bit of research into ortho doctors in the area, so I was comfortable with what I knew about Dr. Bales before my visit. Staff was nice and I didn't have to wait long to actually see him. He was very personable and answered all my questions. Factoring in all I said and what x-rays showed, he chose a conservative route, doing the minimum at this point to see if it heals on its own. He could have sent me through expensive testing and had no guarantee I'd return. My appointment was Friday. As I write this review it's Monday...and I have already recommended him to a friend. Thank you, Dr. Bales and OrthoIndy!

Dr. Bales did surgery on my husband's left shoulder. His nurse was friendly and helpful. Dr. Bales was prompt and very informative. His office staff set up surgery and called several times before the day of surgery. Dr. Bales came into room before surgery and made sure my husband was ok and went through procedure again. Surgery was over and we went home impressed with everything. Two days later on a Sunday, Dr. Bales personally called to check on my husband. Dr.Bales is an AMAZING doctor.
