I have been seeing Dr Bajaj and his staff for over 3 years and have always had nothing, but exceptional care. The medical staff is courteous and professional. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Bajaj and his staff.

Always very caring and helpful with thyroid issues and my type 1 diabetes. They have helped me manage both. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. Save your time and sanity and seek care somewhere else. After months of trying to get ahold of someone to make an appointment, I finally received a call back. Only for them to cancel the appointment day-of. The most unprofessional office I have ever had to deal with.

I sent in all of my medical records prior to my visit. I needed a second opinion as my healthcare provider did not believe in the AIP diet that was currently working to regulate my Graves’ disease. I am allergic to the medication methimazole and I wanted to discuss this diet with a practice that had a nutritionist on staff. When I showed up for my appointment the front desk hadn’t update any of the new patient documents I had filled out in the system. I asked if the doctors had received my medical records and I did not receive an answer. After discussing I was told by Dr. Karris Pasley FNP that she had not reviewed any of the medical information I had sent in. I asked to talk about the diet with a nutritionist. They gave me a referral to a health coach who has personally tried the diet and who has an online certification. When I asked for a follow up visit to discuss my issues with them once they had reviewed my medical charts they said they would schedule one with me in 7 months.

I have been seeing Dr. Bajaj for almost a year. I found myself giving he and his staff the benefit of the doubt each time I left there. My last visit however, pushed it over the line. Dr. Bajaj himself sold me on a Rx for Cequr Simplicity insulin patches. I was shocked to find out after paying an $80 copay, that these patches contain no insulin. The fast acting insulin that he also prescribed came with no dosing instructions. I had to reach back and request these. The staff talks AT YOU - quite loudly at times, and do not respond well to your questions. I think I'm done with this doctor.

Dr.Bajaj has always been a caring and honest doctor for me. I have seen him off and on for 10 years and he continues to treat me like I am his most important patient even though I am probably him least sever and least interesting case. I will admit that it take a while to get an appointment but often times Dr. Bajaj responds directly to my messages and contacts me directly by message with lab results. Worst staff ever. After leaving several messages the Office manager call me which was Dr Bajaj, he did not introduce him self but i recognize his vice, he didn't care one bit how I felt about his staff and office.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Bajaj It was over an hour after my scheduled appointment time before seeing him. He was in and out of before I had time to share any information with him or ask any questions. Nor did he ask more than two or three questions. Thank goodness the PA spent some time with me. What she felt would be an effective treatment, he nixed without an explanation. Leaves a patient a little confused and muddled. Who do you trust? I felt what I didn't get to say was important and could affect my treatment plan so I called the office to leave the information with his staff. Don't know if anything was done with it. Been waiting for insurance approval for some treatment and not once in 2 months has anyone from the office reached out to me.

The visits are fine and my wife has complained to the doctor concerning filling of Rx. It is impossible to get Rx refills in a timely manner. Between the Doctors office and Caremark its just one big mess. Also, they can't get my local pharmacy correct either. I've asked numerous times to fix the address for my pharmacy in their database and they still can't get it right. The only reason I'm using the Doctor is the transplant clinic wants me to.

Called 7 times and was repeatedly hung up on never got through to speak with anyone and this is not the first time it happened.

Dr. Bajaj is great! I have known him for a long time. He greatly excels at his work and is willing to go above and beyond, so what more is there to say as this is always what you need when it comes to your health! A handful of my my other docs (GP/EP, etc) know Dr. Bajaj and speak highly of him as well. Thanks for your support!

Although it is difficult to schedule a new patient visit, Dr. Bajaj and his staff are wonderful. He has a great bedside manner, very thorough, and wait times are minimal. I would highly recommend.

I saw Dr Bajaj for a while. I was very frustrated in multiple occasions. My medications were mixed up and confused by the staff (Avery), on multiple occasions, when I called to complain, the office manger did not seem concerned at all. I ran out of insulin, yes you read that right....I ran out of insulin because I could jot get them to call it in, and you guessed it....no one was concerned. I had tried to page the on call doctor on three different occasions, months apart, and never even once got a call back, so much for an on call doctor available for emergencies. They are now tryin to open new clinics, and take on more patients. This concerns me because they can’t take care of the patients they already have.

Started seeing bajaj, then was passed on to one of his flunkies Karis. They never listened to me just prescribed treatment that they wanted and sent me out the door so they could get the next one in.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bajaj for about 6 years. He is caring, listens to my concerns, and takes necessary time. I never feel rushed. He has a great staff and they are always willing to help me whether it is while I’m in the office or solving an issue over the phone. The best thing I did was start using him to treat my thyroid condition.

I was very excited to finally find a endocrinologist that my doctor had a good recommendation. However I never even got to that point. The first person put me on hold and after waiting on hold for 7 minutes the call went sour. The woman immediately told me she didn't know my doctor and he would need to call himself for a referral. The receptionist was wonderful. That's where it stopped. The consultation was very one sided. This meaning all the standard questions asked and answered. PA attitude is "matter of fact"! She didn't want to hear anything I had to say and went just off my regular doctors reports. Took me off two medicines and put me on two more before doing any blood work themselves. I have trouble in the past with one medication which is one they prescribed again. I tried to explain to her that it had side effects! She didn't listen and prescribed it still! The check out nurse was terrible!!!!! After a week I started having issues. I called multiple times and never received an answer. I even tried to use doctor line with same results. I called my regular doctor who referred me to them. She never received and answer and that's the doctor calling. I have now gone somewhere else for healthcare. Feel bad I gave Dr Bajaj a bad review for nextmd when maybe using this program is NOT his fault. If anyone had problems with nextmd try again. Think maybe the programmers for this software need to go back to schol.

Dr. Bajaj is an amazing endocrinologist. He is extremely knowledgeable,patient and kind. I have referred many people to him, and only get positive feedback.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bajaj's for almost 2 years. Most of my appts I see his PA, Karis Pasley. I was asking questions about my health/treatment explaining I was still not 100% and Karis got very defensive and literally walked out of the exam room never to return. It was brought to Dr. Bajaj's attn and he basically said I needed to find another health care provider. I guess you're not allowed to ask questions about your treatment. It was extremely unprofessional and very sad.

Very very disappointed in this doctor and the over all way the practice is ran. Was sent there by my PCP for a Thyroid nodule and hormone level issues. 90% of the visit was with a nurse Practitioner. Suppose to have been with Bajaj the actual specialist! She told me none of my symptoms were my thyroid and I needed to see a nutritionist and exercise. Just a joke or a practice NEVER will return! When I pay $275 out of my pocket after insurance to see a specialist then I want to see THE SPECIALIST!

So far not good...first appointment the intake nurse was very rude and unprofessional. She continued uttering what she thought were clever smart remarks towards me that I believe she thought I did not catch. I was a little on edge so I did my best not to lose it but once she picked up my vibe she tried to change hers. Now...I am scheduled for a biopsy and was told by the nurse that she is too busy with patients to contact my insurance company for prior authorization for my prescription that I need to have prior to my procedure and told me the NP stated it was not expensive and I should just pay cash for it. I said I am a patient too and what may not be "too expensive" to the NP may be "too expensive" for me. I received a call back and was told that they have some spray they can use to numb me up so I don't have to get the prescription filled. Absolutely love Dr. Bajaj. He has a great bedside manner and is very attentive. As a favor from my ENT he squeezed me in the following morning for biopsies. Very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up with a Thyroidectomy and have been trying to get the right hormone with the correct dose. It is impossible to communicate with his nurse. I’m not big on listing names, however EVERYONE is is wonderful in the clinic except for Avery, his assistant. She refuses to put forth any effort to be kind, even in office. When she does return your call, She is rude and short. Its about getting off the phone ASAP. I had been in a study for a few months and experienced major side effects I was still waiting on a return call when I experienced other issues. I tried to explain how I was feeling and my frustration, I asked about a different med, she called it in and said that there is nothing else they can do for me, I was instructed that I had tried every option of treatment. I am a nurse and know this isn’t true. I have recently visited a new Endocrinologist. It takes months to get thyroid levels regulated. There are a variety of different treatments available and was reassured it could take another 6 months to get me regulated and there were many options and combinations to get me leved out. Dr. Hudak is an awesome doctor! Listened attentively & has great bedside manner. The office staff is great as-well.

I love this office. They are always so kind. The only real problem I have is the phone wait time to get them to answer. Other than that they are by far the best endocrinologist I've ever been to

Staff is very nice willing to work you in if your experiencing changes re symptoms. Dr Bajaj has great bide manner actually explains what issues you have in plain English. Would definitely recommend!

I strongly recommend that you do NOT go to this doctor. Complete lack of care and concern, consistently the dr. is "out of the office" and appointments made months in advance are rescheduled by the office because something suddenly came up in his schedule. This has happened more times than it hasn't and I regret going to him.

Had to take train from Dallas, train delay due to Amtrak, 10 minutes late, was told by staff and (office mgr) that they could not accommodate me, I would have to reschedule. Weird how all these reviews are bad as I have been going here for almost a year and a half and have had nothing but good service from all the staff. Yea the wait times can be a little frustrating, but what doctors office isn't? The parking is also a little inconvenient when they are busy as well, but that's the least of my worries. Some of the patients I've seen there look fully capable of walking and could also benefit from doing so unless you have a legitimate disability that doesn't allow you to. As far as the doctors go, mine is Dr. Hudak and he has been nothing but professional and tells it like it is. That's the way it should be in my opinion. If you're FAT and OVERWEIGHT, then you need to be told so by any doctor you're seeing and just maybe you'll get off your ass and do something about it to save your own life! That's what I needed to hear and guess what, it sparked a fire under my ass and now I'm 50lbs. less and more than likely saved my ass from being a full blown diabetic! I liked Dr. Bajaj and his staff. The staff was courteous, professional and efficient. The doctor listened and was responsive.

Not certain why all the negative. I have always been treated fabulous here. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but I know that's because Dr. Lackan spends time answering all questions and can run behind because of it. I hate going on the doctor and just get rushed through and treated like a number, this DOES NOT happen here!!

I am the patient of Dr.Chris Bajaj and I like him a lot, he is very caring delicate and very good esplanades all the problems. The office staff very quick professional and always with smile. Also I love the concept to have a sonogram and lab tests done at the same time.

I gave a one because you have a award a score. They are the worst!!! They prescribed medication that caused me to be nauseated and refuse to treat the nausea. That's ridiculous...on another occasion a medical assist returns my call and had no idea what she was talking about.

Having been diagnosed with cancer, both the doctor and the staff seem unconcerned and consistently schedule appointments only to be later rescheduled due to the "dr. no longer available in the office at that time". This happens more often than it doesn't and as soon as I can will be looking for a different endocrinologist.

Dr. Bajaj is excellent. I have been treated by more than one endo since becoming diagnosed hyperthyroid and he is absolutely the best. Great bedside manner. The only negative thing I would give is that it is so hard to speak to someone at the office and waiting on the phone can sometimes be brutal. But once you get through, they take really good care of you.

Since becoming a Pt of Dr Bajaj I have my diabetes in control and my thyroid is testing in a good place. Any questions that I have are answered in a way that I can understand. Would not change Drs even for one closer to me.

I CALLED WITH AN ISSUE I AM HAVING WITH MY MEDICATIONS AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK, AFTER 24 HOURS NO RESPONSE SO I CALLED AGAIN WITH THE MESSAGE THINKING MAYBE SOMEONE FORGOT TO SEND THE MESSAGE AND AGAIN NO ONE CALLED ME BACK IT'S BEEN TWO DAYS NOW AND NOTHING THAT IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I schedule my appointments when I'm in town from NY along w/ picking up my prescriptions. Repeatedly the staff has been unprofessional when I called to have it changed. With no consideration or regards for my time or the length of stay. Word of mouth about unprofessionalism along with Social Media can hurt or help a business.

I have been very unhappy with just about every aspects of this clinic. The office staff are rude and fail to update information as asked, which caused billing and insurance issues. Every time I call the office it takes 20-25 mins before I get to speak to a human. Expect long hold times. Parking is awful and most of the time I had to park on the road and walk a ways to get to the place. Blood work takes FORVER to be read by the doctor and I had several times where they claimed they faxed over the blood work request but the lab had nothing. The doctor I had (Dr. Hudak) didn't seem to be listening to me and just kept ordering lab after lab every 6 weeks. My levels kept getting worse yet no change in course and just more labs. It's been very frustrating and I will be finding another doctor. The office itself is very nice and appears to be "state of the art", but the staff and poor patient interaction is the nail in the coffin for this place.
