Dr. Chona Huang and her team work very hard to be accommodating!

We are new here and we came from Port Charlotte Florida, always a little nervous to meet a new doctor. My husband and I met Dr Huang, she was sweet, very thorough, and very interested in how you felt and any problems that you have. I highly recommend her and sodas my husband

She is rude and yelled at me over the phone. She doesn't like her patients to smoke weed. She is a very close minded ignorant to life person. She is book smart and helped me once but she's always rude. I'll never visit her again.

When you call, you will be in hold for 10+ minutes. When you call for your test results they don't have them and if you need to be referred to a specialist it takes a long time to get it.

I been with Dr chona for. 5 years my children lover her they get sick she goes to the bottom of the sickness and they get well fast we love our dr.and the hole staff .

Takes too long. I had an appointment at 1:40 i arrived early and was still waiting at 3:39 while all the doctors are goofing off and laughing. I you h@ve an appoin8 it should be fairly close to that time. My time is valuable too.

The staff at the front desk is HORRIBLE! They have attitudes!! As if they do not want to help. That has been my worst visit ever when coming to a doctors office. I had to BEG for everything. For my prescription to get sent to my pharmacy, for an ordered CT scan that Dr. Ryan was suppose to have scheduled but didn’t. I called to check on the time i was suppose to be there one lady had me on hold for 10 mins before the call disconnected. I called back and they sent me to an automated answering machine. Although i do hear great things about Dr Haung/Hong. FIRST & LAST TIME GOING THERE!! I will never recommend this facility to anybody. The staff at the front desk is HORRIBLE! They have attitudes!!
