I can't believe they claim to support telehealth visits when I've been told repeatedly by office staff they do not. I moved to the area and needed a doctor to refill my medicine for controlled HBP. The visit was well over 2 hrs! Obviously they were rushed since they never once took my blood pressure, and despite being controlled, he switched my meds...reason stated to me, because this one is what he takes though admittedly costs more. After a month, he had me back and I told him my readings were up 10 points so he switched me back, and see me in 3 months. Yes, no refills from this office without a quarterly payment for waiting around the office for 2+ hrs. I should have known when filling the new patient paperwork and they insisted you fill out a 5 star review of the practice right then and there. I mean insisted! They also had a form confirming that you understand a physical or return to work or other paperwork would cost an hefty additional fee. There records are a mess!

Dr Williams has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. I trust his judgement and his analytical skills in diagnosing the ailments which I have experienced during that time. He takes adequate time whenever I visit and has been a valued provider for me. I recommend Dr Williams to anyone looking for a down to earth primary provider.

Dr. Williams and his staff are great. They are super nice and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Williams for 20 yrs. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend any of our family and friends to Dr Williams!

I am a patient and have also referred my young adult children to his practice. The facility is in a good location, clean and upscale. Dr. Williams and his staff (while busy) are professional and friendly. The wait room is clean and large. They offer masks for ill patients. I don't like being stuck in a room with sick people, so I appreciate my average wait time has been short. The actual visit time with the doctor may be short/limited, so it's best to keep on point to the issue at hand.
