Dr. Charles Alan Tracy

Let me start off by saying this was not an elective surgery for my son, he fell at home and sliced the cartilage from left side of his nose almost all the way off. The ER referred us to Dr. Tracy who came to see us while we were still in the ER suite. He was very through in explaining everything to both me and my son who is 14 and asked a lot of questions. He wanted to get him in for surgery that evening but we couldn't pinpoint what time my boy had lunch and the doctor was afraid he could aspirate so he opted for the next day to perform. We were well taken care of by the supporting team in plastics before and after the surgery. I wish I could remember everyone's names to shout them out individually but I can only recall the nurse Beth. The PA was a very kind young women with long blonde hair and she was wonderful with him. The anesthesiologists had a great bedside manor and helped calm both of our nerves. All in all everyone was top notch and Dr. Tracy did wonders with the stitches. The before and after pics are graphic so if you don't like blood I wouldn't recommend looking. Dr. Tracy is a great doctor who took excellent care of both me and several family members. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Because of his expertise and perfectionism I am pain free and back to business as usual.

Dr. Tracy was excellent! He was very prompt, professional, courteous, and above all knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I injured myself and required emergency surgery. He quickly diagnosed my injuries and was successful in repairing these injuries and getting me back to my normal life as soon as possible. I would recommend him to anyone who appreciates a perfectionist. This community is fortunate to have him.

Dr Tracy is nice and I’ve never heard any complaints, so far so good with my hand. But the female receptionists he has (the majority anyway) are EVIL!!! It’s like they just want to take their day out on you. Real sad. Dr Tracy is great dr he had taken good care of my husband the front end staff on the other hand are about the rudest bunch of girls I've ever had to deal with which made for a miserable experience when having to go and deal with them!!!

Very helpful and nice, took into consideration my fears of the procedure and made sure I was knowledgeable and relaxed before doing anything. 5 stars
