I absolutely would not recommend this doctor!! He was the worst doctor I've been to in my 75 years. He's "HORRIBLE,"very loud, very rude, unprofessional & argumentative. My husband has nodules on his thyroid & our PCP had referred us to him. Because we didn't agree to giving the office permission to charge my husband charge card for any percedure not covered by his insurance, he went Balistic. We had put in writing any & all procedures not covered by his insurance has to be approved in writing by my husband prior to the service, on their permission statement requesting a copy of his card. Which makes perfect sense, we're seniors on a fixed income & didn't want or need any financial surprises. He was so loud, that we know everyone in the office & waiting room could hear him. It was a very embarrassing experience for us. However we will be discussing this with our PCP and will never ever see him again. My opinion he needs to retire fast & in a hurry !!!! So Sad. Worst doctor ever!!!! Didn't listen to me and completely dismissed everything I said. Told me he couldn't do anything for my thyroid nodules or throat cysts because my blood was "normal". Suggested I got to the Mayo Clinic for my symptoms.

I think he is amazing. He seems like a no nonsense no sugar coating. That’s what I like in a doctor.

Dr. Taylor has been my doctor for 42 Years. He is the best endocrinologist ever. He talks with you he ask you if you have any questions and he answers all of your questions. I don’t need a doctor to baby me I need a Doctor Who is going to do what’s right for me.

I have saw Dr. Taylor for 4 years. Today, after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment and driving nearly an hour to get to said appointment, I was turned away because "he doesn't accept" that insurance. The office assistant was pretty disgusted that medicaid patient was even in her presence. So, feel free to help the rich get richer, but, don't expect to get medical attention unless you've got a 720 credit score and a major credit card.

The absolute worst experience! Office staff is rude and unfriendly, only concerned with getting your credit card on file so they can charge it for anything the insurance doesn’t pay. I went with my adult daughter for her appt today and waited an hour to get into a room, then waited another 15 minutes for dr Taylor while we could hear him laughing and joking with the people in the next room. He came in with no greeting, nothing asked except what meds she takes and then started running down the robotic list of symptoms to ask about. He literally spent 5 minutes before he reached in to grab her neck to feel it and then said “ yeah there is nothing there” (she had her thyroid removed because of Graves Disease). He was so rude and then said follow me, walked us to the exit and said they will call you for blood work, turned around and walked away! Didn’t even say goodbye! I hav never encountered such an rude, cold uncaring doctor in my life. We will never go back to this practice! The absolute worst experience! Office staff is rude and unfriendly, only concerned with getting your credit card on file so they can charge it for anything the insurance doesn’t pay. I went with my adult daughter for her appt today and … More

Since thyroid cancer, my life has changed considerably. It's absolutely THE THYROIDECTOMY that caused it. He disagrees. So, I see him for the cancer part only because he refuses to address any symptoms CAUSED BY THIS WHOLE THING because it isn't "in the book." He may be knowledgeable in the large scheme, but unwilling to explore the fact that some of us don't fit the mold. I asked to try a natural med, he told me to go see someone else if bc he wouldn't even consider it. Who is paying whom?

This will be my first time seeing Dr. Taylor. The visit seems to have gone OK, however had to wait more than 45 minutes for them to call me to do bloodwork. The front desk couldn't seem to locate my paperwork. It leaves something to be desired when the front desk cannot find the blood work order.

Been seeing Dr. Taylor for a couple decades. With regular lab tests and occasional scans and needle biopsies, I have been doing well. He's honest and to the point. I feel I can ask him anything and he will answer it like I am a family member and never makes you feel like he's talking down to you or not taking your comments seriously. If you want a hand holder type doctor he is not for you, but if you want a to the point put it to ya frankly kind of doc, he's perfect. Been seeing Dr. Taylor for a couple decades. Just recently began seeing this guy for hashi's. He may be knowledgeable about diabetes but NOT hypothyroidism. I remain severely hypo. He doesn't listen. Is far too old school. I think it's time for him to retire.

I had thyroid cancer, so I have no thyroid. I recently moved to the area and my new pcp referred me to Dr Taylor. I was able to get in fairly quick, which should have been a warning. During the physical exam, he palpitated my neck. He stuck both of this thumbs into my thyroid bed with such pressure that I was unable to breathe and had a hard time swallowing for about an hour afterwards. I found him to be loud, (the exam room door was ajar, so I had no privacy), & argumentative. I won't go back.

I trust my primary physician when he sends me to other doctors/surgeons, he has only sent me to the finest, and I've been with him for at least 20 yrs. well he sent me to Dr. Taylor for nodules found on my thyroid. Dr. T was very knowledgeable, I was comfortable with him, my husband accompanied me, we both liked the man and are glad we came to him! As for the negative comments, please judge for yourself,,,,he's a really nice man & good Doc we found!
