I received a call before Christmas that I couldn’t use my insurance there, even though I found Dr Parker listed at the Sugar House location on my insurance Web site. When I returned the call, I was sent to voice mail, and left a detailed message about cancellation and asked to be called back. That was over 2 weeks ago. I never received a call. I just received a text confirming my appointment, which I will attempt to cancel again. This is all after having to reschedule this appointment over 6 months ago because I was not informed until just beforehand that lab work was needed 1 week prior to my appointment. I have no idea why the insurance issue wasn’t mentioned then, either. So here I am needing to see a specialist for a potentially very dangerous hereditary condition, over half a year later and starting back at square one. To say I am displeased is an understatement. I am a medical professional and am appalled at the consistent lack of patient care I have experienced in the last 6-7 months from this practice. I hope my experience is an outlier for the sake of other patients.
