I highly recommend this doctor. It is a well-run, professional staff, very friendly and kind. I'd trust my life with Dr. Chuck! lol I've been a patient for over 25 years and feel very comfortable. Congrats on the new office!

Excellent. Dr Pagana is a very knowledgeable physician, whose bedside is to be admired. His caring nature is evident in every patient visit.

I called to set up an appointment as a new patient, and the receptionist (a very nice woman named Kathy) informed me that I had an outstanding $50 bill from when I was 23 (6 years ago). She said she couldn’t schedule me until it was paid. I requested the bill be mailed to me for my records and that payment would be sent in once the bill arrived. The next day Kathy called me back to inform me that Dr. Pagan did not want me as a patient due to the $50 bill from 6 years ago, as he thought it made me a risk for him not to be paid. It’s clear that Dr. Pagan values money over healthcare, and I would not be visiting him even if he did want me as a patient. Exceptional Doctor who is friendly, listens to your medical concerns no matter how much time it takes. I have been a patient of Dr Pagana Sr since 1999 and he has helped me tremendously with all my medical problems. I recommend him 100%.
