Dr. Charles Andrew Mullins

My husband and I were looking for a new doctor in our area. We came across Dr. Mullins and couldn’t be more pleased. He explains things to us and seems very concerned about helping us, to be as healthy as we possibly can. His office staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

This doctor is so full of himself, that he does not know how to treat patients. He gave me medicine that I kept on telling and make me sick over and over again but he refused to give me anything else. Later on I found out I was heavily allergic to that medicine. This doctor loves to make fun of his patients with his nurses to where you can hear them as you’re waiting for your appointment. He does not care about you, he is one of the worst I have ever encountered! After informing him that I heard him and his nurse is making fun of another patient, he wrote on my chart as well as my child’s chart that I was unbelievable. None of his staff could explain to me why he did it. I am not a junkie, I don’t do drugs. I have worked a full-time job all but one year of my life, which was the year after I graduated college. I have a masters degree, because I told him I heard him joking on another patient and I didn’t appreciate it, he marked on my chart as well as my child chart I was unbelievable

Everyone is so nice and caring and very helpful.

He was my Doctor for about 14 years. I really enjoyed having him as a Doctor. He was very nice and always took great care of me and my family. His whole staff was very caring as well. My favorite part is that he is an honest Dr who tries to take exceptional care of you. He doesn't just toss a script or want to prescribe something that can give you an addiction. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Mullins for over 18 years. He is kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest.

Dr Mullins goes out of way to make sure you understand what is going on. He is thorough and kind.

Dr. Mullins has been my primary provider since 2008. His staff, especially his nurse Amanda are just great, responsive to referral and pharmacy requests, no long waiting room times. Just love them!

Dr.Mullins is an excellent physician,he has treated my family for many years.He takes his time,listens,and is very thorough.Amanda,his nurse is absolutely the sweetest,most friendliest nurse I know,and has always been so helpful over the years anytime I have called or seen her in the office.Even on busy days, I never have been treated any differently because they are consistent on providing excellant patient care,including his NP.I always know my family is in good hands being in their care.

Great bedside manner, listens to patients and is extremely helpful. He has been or doctor since 2001.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mullins for over 10 years, he is a very caring Doctor, easy to talk to and a concerned listener, I would recommend him any day.

He and his staff just don't care, you're just another copay to them. His nurse is as cold as ice and would have made a far better prison guard. They've started charging for refills and frequently call them in to the wrong pharmacy, so you have to clean up their mess AND pay for the privilege!

Dr. Mullins displays emotional problems and treats his patients with disdain and disrespect at times. He doesn't appear to be a happy doctor and this, I believe, has affected my healthcare through him. Not all of his staff is competent or courteous. I don't recommend this doctor at all.
